What frustrated me most is that Regency Apartments charged my card eventhough I have already fully paid to Hotels.com. The rational from Regency Apartments is that they could not charge against Hotels.com. But this is not my issue. „The price was great, good location if not the prettiest of views. Right next to the high street and lots of shops, restaurants and local transport. Next door to a large public car park which can be paid with the ring go app. Not the cheapest parking but we knew before booking and were away from the flat for the days anyway.
