„This beautiful home was perfect for our big family vacation! We skied in Purgatory and spent time in Durango. „It was a great property with 2 master suites and 2 living spaces. We had 4 kids under 8, and it was easy to have them go outside or go to another place to play. We all loved the property size, kids did sledding and nature walks.The only draw back was slow streaming.“

„Beautiful property only minutes from downtown Mancos. This was a perfect place for our family trip ( 3 adults). We really enjoyed the ability to bring our two dogs along. The house was warm and comfortable. The hosts were excellent. The only drawback is the noise from the highway… but this was still so quiet compared the the city. “

„My sister and I stayed at the Bird's Nest in late Sept. 2024. It was fabulous. Very quiet and comfortable. We loved the deck for watching the sunrise/sunset with a glass of wine. Very quiet. The kitchen was so well stocked. The location couldn't have been better for visiting Mesa Verde. Jeff and his wife were wonderful hosts - answered questions quickly and were available for restaurant recommendations :)“
