Quiet and peaceful, surrounded by trees, it is the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate.

# Housing
Family house with typical Norman architecture completely renovated with local materials, lime, cob, exposed beams and cathedral roof, floor tiles with noble wood insert. Located in the iton valley, you will enjoy immediate proximity to the many monuments and castles of the region. Less than 1h30 from Paris, La Romane will quickly become your new base for your family holidays and your weekends with friends.

# On the ground floor :

# The rooms

Sheets and towels are provided. Only bath towels for the swimming pool are not provided.

# The swimming pool
Covered and heated to 29° from April to November (depending on the season). As the pool is heated by a heat pump, the outside temperature must be at least around 15°C in order to heat the pool. The lucky ones will be able to enjoy it until December if the temperatures allow it.
The 3x7 swimming pool has a depth of 1m50 over the entire bottom. Remember to equip the little ones with armbands and buoys accordingly.
The swimming pool is directly accessible from the living room, closed with a safety latch and has a surface code alarm.

# The garden
A large garden of 5.000m2 surrounded by trees and fields, fully fenced. Outdoor games available (molkky, rackets, balls, darts, etc.) for sunny days. A small pond is located at the bottom of the property (fenced, access prohibited).
The lucky ones will see the different ducks, birds and deer that come to walk there, depending on the season of the year.

# The parking
Parking spaces in the courtyard, fully closed with automatic closing electric gate.
Digicode and badge are at your disposal.

# Traveler access
Independent access with access code.
You benefit from the whole property entirely privatized for you.
The property is placed under video surveillance, which is deactivated upon your arrival to guarantee your complete privacy.

# Other remarks
Very well insulated house enjoying a double exposure: warm in winter and cool in summer.
Central heating by heat pump with fluid inertia radiator for gentle warmth in all rooms. Production of hot water by oil-fired boiler (hence a slight smell in the laundry room).

# Household :
The cleaning fee includes cleaning the house and its annexes, linen, beds made.
Please take care, before your departure, to wash and put away the dishes used and take out your rubbish in the bins at your disposal located near the entrance gate.

# Respect :
For the smooth running of your stay, you are requested to respect the neighborhood by showing restraint and good manners regarding the noise level, mainly in the evening, both outside the accommodation and in the swimming pool. Even if our neighbors are not right next door, they are adorable and we would love for them to stay that way ;-)
