We take indoor/outdoor living to the next level here in Florida! Enjoy a slice of paradise in this spectacular backyard, featuring a swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen, and a tiki hut! After enjoying some refreshing water fun in the sun, feel free to take a nap or work on your tan on one of the poolside loungers. When you’ve worked up an appetite, head on over to the tiki hut for some drinks and food.

Free parking is available to all guests in the 1-car small garage. If additional parking is needed, feel free to park on the driveway and the neighborhood streets as well.
The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer should you need to refresh your clothing during your stay.
*Heating the pool and spa is an extra feature and available upon request. $150 initial heating cost will apply + $60 per day to maintain pool temperature at all time. You also have the option to heat just the spa for $120 initial heating cost and $40 per day to maintain the temperature. Keep in mind the pool cannot be heated if the ambient temperature is below 50 degrees. Heating the pool and spa cannot be done at the same time.
Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.
