The hotel clearly specifies it is ADULTS ONLY, a detail appreciated beyond simply avoiding children. Initially, I chose it for the advertised parking a significant advantage given Miami Beach’s high parking costs, but was unaware the facility belonged to another hotel. Clearly indicating this detail would help guests unfamiliar with the area, elderly visitors, or non-English speakers.
Although the hotel is LGBTQ focused, from my detailed perspective, there seems to be an inclination toward a masculine-oriented style. Regardless of being a heterosexual couple, female partners, or any other guest, rooms should feature amenities catering equally to all. During my stay, I noted a distinct lack of feminine-oriented amenities—basic expectations for a highly-rated tourist destination.Creating adult-only spaces tailored for the LGBTQ community is commendable, but balance and inclusivity remain crucial, especially since not all guests are primarily focused on nightlife. The hotel should consider updating its image beyond stereotypes to avoid unintentionally limiting its appeal. Continuous investment in improvements, thoughtful room designs, and meticulous cleanliness standards are essential. Guests expect rooms to feel fresh, without visible signs of previous occupancy. While I recognize payment doesn't guarantee perfection even top hotels occasionally have shortcomings attention to small details, such as updating "DO NOT DISTURB"signs, can greatly improve guest experiences.
