Bluewater Realty Miami welcomes you to The Grand, located in Downtown Miami on Biscayne Bay. Our 2 bedroom Meet Me in Miami! is the ultimate retreat, equipped with everything you could need. Enjoy views of the downtown Miami skyline and water views of Biscayne Bay that will leave you in awe. With South Miami Beach 3 miles away you can indulge in the sun of Miami Beach while still feeling the energy of downtown Miami, giving you the ultimate Miami experience during your stay.

Located on the 20th floor and facing South, Meet Me in Miami! is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom retreat that offers terrific Biscayne Bay and downtown Miami skyline views from its private balcony. With over 1500 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. Meet Me in Miami! accommodates a maximum of 4 adults plus 2 children (15 years of age or younger).

As you enter, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen on your left. Upgraded with top-of-the-line details, and with a Publix grocery store 1/2 block away, it offers a seamless cooking experience, making vacation meals a breeze. Unleash your inner chef and prepare some incredible dishes or enjoy the five restaurants in the building ready to deliver right to your doorstep. Additionally, the kitchen counter provides seating for two while the bar area, complete with a second sink, offers a great space for socializing or enjoying drinks.

The open concept design seamlessly connects the kitchen to the dining area, creating a welcoming space for everyone to gather and share stories of their Miami adventures. Floor-to-ceiling mirrors adorn the walls, adding an expansive feel to the room. The upscale ambiance extends into the living room, where a comfortable sofa awaits for you to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views or catch up on your favorite shows on the 65" TV.

The balcony sliding glass doors span the entire width of the dining and living area, allowing for a view of the magnificent surroundings. Whether it's the mesmerizing Miami skyline that lights up the night or the shimmering waters of Biscayne Bay, stepping out onto the furnished private balcony is an invitation to unwind in the beauty of the surroundings. It's the perfect spot to capture stunning photos and share the breathtaking views with friends and family, creating memories that are worth bragging about.

Across from the living room is the 2nd interior bedroom, featuring a comfortable queen bed and a Roku streaming TV with cable channels. Although this bedroom doesn't have a window, guests love its privacy and the ability to sleep undisturbed. Adjacent to this bedroom is the 2nd full bathroom, creating a sense of having a dedicated master bedroom suite. The bathroom offers a spacious walk-in shower, adding a touch of luxury to your stay.

Next to the 2nd interior bedroom and opposite the bathroom, you'll find the convenience of a washer/dryer. This amenity ensures that returning home with dirty laundry is not an option during your stay.

The master bedroom suite, located at the end of the hall, spans the entire length of the condo. The inviting king bed is a haven for relaxation. Stay connected with your favorite shows on the 55" TV, while the Miami-inspired decor sets the mood. A desk near the balcony doors offers a delightful workspace, allowing you to catch up on any necessary tasks. However, the breathtaking views just outside may prove to be a distraction. Step out onto the balcony and indulge in the warmth of the Miami sun. This room features a walk-in closet, with a safe, providing storage for your luggage and Miami treasures you've collected. Just across from the closet, you'll find a vanity area with a sink that is perfect for getting ready. The upgraded master bathroom exudes luxuriousness. This spa-like bathroom, boasts a separate shower and a relaxing bathtub.

Experience the beauty of Miami's skyline and water views at Meet Me In Miami! This property offers the perfect blend of breathtaking vistas, upgrades, and details that cater to even the most discerning guests. With its location and features, it quickly becomes the top choice for your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of what has been paid thus far.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will result in a loss of the full booking amount.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 2 business days after the cancellation date or approval. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, such as State of Emergency orders for Florida (Miami-Dade county). Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will gladly offer the option to change the dates of your reservation. You must notify us as soon as possible so we can assist in change of dates. No refunds will be given.
- In the event of flight cancellation there will be no refunds given.

Date Change Policy:
- If you wish to change your reservation dates, you may be allowed to do so, subject to availability and approval by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC.
- Date changes requested within 14 days of the original check-in date may incur additional fees of new dates pricing.
- No refund will be issued if the new dates are not adhered to.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC can only accommodate one change of dates.

Travel Insurance:
- We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, cancellations, and emergencies.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses resulting from your failure to obtain travel  insurance. Bluewater Realty Miami LLC cannot be asked to intervene or act as insurance providers.

BUILDING RULES:
- Visitors are not allowed up to the condos for any length of stay. Only the registered guests staying will have access up to the condo. (Building rule we can not amend)
- THE MAX OCCUPANCY FOR THIS PROPERTY IS: 4 ADULTS + 2 children (15 years of age or younger)
-  If you arrive with more adults, it simply is not a building rule we, or the front desk, can amend. (City of Miami sets occupancy)
- Monthly bookings (28+ nights) are allowed visitors only.
- Any type of altercation with building security or staff will result in immediate eviction from mgmt. If this occurs, there will be no refund of any kind. The reason is, The Grand residential tower is occupied not only by guests such as yourselves, but mainly residents who reside here and want a peaceful environment.
- We know you value your belongings, so don't leave them behind! We are not liable for any personal belongings left inside the property after check out. We are happy to mail back any belongings found (at your expense).
- No third party bookings unless agreed to by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC. Just let us know prior to booking if you're booking on behalf of others.
- There is no smoking of any kind permitted in our property. Smoking is only permitted if it's legal! and on the balcony with all doors tightly closed. Smoking detected within condo will result in loss of damage deposit. 
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will not be held liable for any building amenities being closed during your stay. This is totally out of our control, we will not give refunds for this situation, should it arise during your stay.
- Absolutely no pets are permitted. We are unable to amend this rule. We absolutely love animals! However, we must follow the building rules on nightly/monthly rentals.
- Must be 21+ to book with us and check in. 
- All guests will receive a hand-scan at check in for access around building. (Through security front desk, access to elevators, in from pool, and in/out of gym). This hand scan will be deleted from system at 11am on check out day.
- At check-in, you must present the credit card used during checkout, and it must match the name on the booking. Additionally, upon arrival, you will be asked to sign a form acknowledging your agreement to these charges and confirming that you will not dispute them after your stay. No exceptions will be made to this requirement.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during your stay at a property. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. There will be a hold placed the day of arrival on your payment method for $250.00 that will automatically be released  48 hours  after check out if no damages or loss are found. 
- By making a reservation, you agree to the booking terms, including payment processing and cancellation policies, as specified for each property.

AFTER BOOKING: (nightly rentals)
-Please attach a photo of a driver's license or passport for each adult, including yours for building registration. This is mandatory for us to register everyone properly and please don't cross anything off on ID or you'll need to resend.

VALET FEES:
Valet is the only available option. 
You have two choices:
(Unlimited in/out privileges)
-Pay in advance daily valet for $42 PRIOR to your arrival day.
-Pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48.

AFTER BOOKING: (Monthly stays)

- $50 per adult background check/approval Mgmt fee (invoice sent to pay online after booking)

- Drivers license for US citizens, Passport for international guests
- Each adult will receive via Docusign the building addendum and background check form to fill out which will require a social security number for US citizens.
- No prior arrests

-$400.00 monthly valet parking if needed will be sent by invoice via email to pay prior to arrival day.

Wonderful condo in the heart of Miami
Great location, plenty of amenities and nice restaurants in the building. The apartment was nicely decorated, sparkling clean and well equipped. Will go back here again. Only con was that even a tennis game on TV had a limited time preview.

Beautiful property
The Condo was spacious, clean, gorgeous, and elegant all at the same time. It was easy to book and we loved everything about it. The only thing that needs a little work is the valet parking people, they never really spoke, never opened our doors, and lost our car/mixed our number up with someone else's. They actually brought us someone else's car to leave in which was a little nerve-wracking and not something we are used too or what we expect with such an amazing property. But overall everything else was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT and we look forward to next year or later this year either way we will be back.

Quiet and relaxing!
My husband and I stayed for 9 days during our first visit to Miami! The condo is beautiful with great views! We enjoyed relaxing, and eating the delicious food at the on site restaurants. If you love dogs, this building is full of them, and I loved seeing the residents walking them every day. Highly recommend!

GREAT LOCATION AND COMFORTABLE!
Lovely bright and spacious home, located in between brickell and edgewater!! the condo has plenty of shops and restaurants below for breakfast lunch and dinner. The unit was very neat and comfortable, definitely home away from home. The only thing downfall there was no cleaning products. As a former host I always supplied the minimum for guests, there was no Salt or Pepper, the entire unit was bare, no cleaning supplies, which made things difficult to clean. There us a local publix but for the price you're paying there should be some products available for guests to keep things tidy. However, overall I highly recommend this location and unit for anyone looking for a homely stay in Miami! we were able to walk to Wynnwood District, we were able to walk to the FTX area for the basketball game and a concert. We cannot fault the unit itself and the location! Rachel and Mia are very organized and the check-in process was effortless!
