Summary:
Fresh and bright NEWLY REMODELED beautiful home at the intersection of the Brickell and Little Havana neighborhood. Minutes from Wynwood and 15 minutes to South Beach or the Airport. 1 Parking space provided. Our home is ready to make you very comfortable during your stay in Miami. We have comfy beds with new fresh linens and pillows. One room has a queen bed and the other has two comfortable double beds.

The Space:
COVID19 - CLEANING PROCEDURES
1- Cleaning staff uses handheld spray sanitizer to disinfect home when entering property.
2- UV light disinfectant is used on any touch surfaces - remote, light switches, countertops etc.
3- Touch surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant wipes.
4- Deep clean is thoroughly done every cleaning.
5- Sheets are deep washed with bleach and detergent.

The living room is bright and cherry during the day and private at night and has just been decorated with comfortable seating and new Samsung smart TV with streaming and great WIFI. We have a fully equipped kitchen for your use with NEW APPLIANCES.The bathroom has also just been remodeled with clean fresh finishes and plush Towels. Linens, iron, hair dryer and cooking utensils are provided. We also have coffee and green tea ready for you as well.

The Neighborhood:
Little Havana is at the center of it all, it is a 10 minute drive from anywhere in Miami, with access to public transportation and plenty of Ubers and to top it all off, easy and free street parking.

Walk two blocks north and you will reach 8th street (Calle Ocho), there you will find local restaurants, bars and cabarets, a gorgeous Art Deco movie theater showing foreign and independent films, souvenir shops, fruit stands, art galleries and several live music venues including the historic Ball and Chain. Marlins Park is a $5 Uber Ride Away and I highly recommend catching a game if you have the time, it is a great experience.

If you head east to Coconut Grove you have: great restaurants, local bars and shops, paddle-boarding, kayaking, biking, Viscaya or The Barnacle.

If you head west you can go to Miracle Mile for some shopping and dining or hang with the local crowd at a happy hour at Tarpon Bend, Hillstone or Bulla. You can also go to Venetian Pools or grab brunch at the Biltmore.

The free trolley or the metro bus takes you to Brickell or Downtown Miami, where you will find lounges, restaurants, museums, Bayside, Miami Airlines Arena, Opera House and lots more.

Getting Around:
The free, public Miami Trolley transportation stops close to building and by car you have immediate access to routes US-1, I-95, and I-195. South Beach is only a 15 minute car or Uber ride away. Miami International airport can be reached in 13 min. The apartment comes with free parking on the premises.

This is a residential neighborhood with a neighborhood watch program. We adhere to a zero tolerance policy - Your reservation will be cancelled without refund and property will be vacated if a disturbance is reported!

The location of property was fantastic. 15 mins to airport and and just mins from downtown and beach. If i was to have any negative to say it would be the furniture could use some updateing. Seems a little small. No wash cloths either. But management was in steady communication from before arrival and even after. That was a big plus. Would definitely use this location again.

Convenient Apartment
This place was very clean, secure and modern. The beds are comfortable. The area was quiet. The central air works great and there is a large floor fan if needed, which I used after showers and to air dry hanging delicate laundry. I used the coin operated laundry room often which was $3 to wash and dry a full load but there was no laundry basket in the unit so I used a box that I had from groceries that were delivered. We stayed 7 days, they gave us 2 garbage bags for the week, plenty of towels but only 2 wash rags which I had to go buy my own. There were no cleaning supplies in the unit so if you need to clean counters or clean the toilet you need to buy your own. There were 3 rolls of 1ply toilet paper, we are girls so I had to go buy that also. The broom in the unit needs to be replaced it's very old and frayed. They have very bright spot lights which is good at night for them, but it shines right down in the master bed so it was hard to sleep for me. There are cameras and a locked coded gate for safety. One bed room has a TV. The kitchen appliances are nice and clean. The one skillet they have to use is an old non stick skillet that everything sticks to, it needs replaced also they need a spatula. There were no spices to use so be mindful of that. The owner replies fast and is helpful. Overall, the place was good if you do not mind those small inconveniences. I would stay here again.

Perfect Condo!
My friend and I stayed here for a weekend, and it was PERFECT! The host is incredibly responsive (I received responses in minutes), and very amiable. The condo itself is very clean and cozy and has everything you would need to enjoy yourself in Miami. The neighborhood is cute, and we felt totally fine walking from Bayfront park back to the condo (about a 20 ish min walk). It is also a short Uber ride to almost any part of Miami you want to visit. We will definitely be staying here in the future!

This unit and property were very clean. Beds weren’t very comfortable but they do the job. The location is convenient however the area is a bit questionable. The gated property and parking lot gives a lot of peace of mind though. Overall, I would stay here again. The management team was extremely professional and attentive.

Highly recommend!
Stayed for 9 days for Art Basel with my husband, brother and sister in law- this space was perfect for our group of 4! It was really spacious and very clean. Bedrooms were large, with great sized closets. Lots of space in the kitchen, and big living space. Also had two balconies! Was able to work out on the front balcony in the morning, and relax on the other in the evening. Wifi was great (sister in law worked from home for 5 days with no issues!) It also felt very private- couldn’t hear the neighbors at all and the gated fence made us feel very safe. Check in and out was easy, and communication with Victor was wonderful! He always responded right away and answered all my questions- was also very kind! The only slight downfall I would say is the location. The neighbourhood is very quiet and residential- we never felt unsafe, but were happy for the gate. Walked at nighttime in a group and never had problems. I would also suggest a car for the area- shops/ grocery are about 20-30 minute walk away. That being said there is an AMAZING restaurant right around the corner that we basically ate at every other day. It’s called El Gallito Coffee Shop and even though it says coffee, it’s more hot plate service with homemade food that changes everyday. 10/10. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here for your time in Miami! We would 100% stay again! Thank you Victor for our lovely stay!
