Even better than expected
We were happy to see that the pictures and positive reviews were accurate! Very clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable and the view was spectacular with a huge balcony. The elevators do get busy at some points but staff members were great at orchestrating. The pool was easier to get a spot than the beach, fyi, which got very crowded and they kind of pack you in but again, the staff were very helpful. Very nice place and stay overall!

Incredible ocean views and customer service
The 2 bedroom unit was exactly as advertised, and clean with incredible ocean views. The complex is very nice with a beautiful pool and right on the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

Condo was great. Beds comfortable and clean. Views are amazing. Elevator was a major downside with long waits. Pool and hot tub close a dusk which also was a downside. Good and drink at the resort was extremely expensive.

Fabulous Stay & Beautiful Apartment
We stayed at this property in early July' 24, and we had an amazing time! The property itself is in a great location right on the beach, the check in staff were polite and helpful. The buiding is well maintained with a reassuring amount of security. On site facilities at the pool and beach were great. The apartment was very spacious, contemporary and clean. Great kitchen and overall facilities. We would definitely stay here again, missing it already! Lauren and the team at Zen Vacations were super helpful, quick to respond to any queries prior to, and during our stay.

Beautiful condo.
The condo was wonderful. We had an issue with the television not coming on, Laure was quick to respond and had someone out to fix it within an hour. Considering that we got 20+ inches of rain within 2 days and the roads were flooded, the condo was the bright spot of the trip. Would definitely rent from Laure again.

Wouldnt book again
So, there was big confusion and they switched our condo last minute and i paid early check in fee. Front desk lady was super rude. Property manager Laure is awesome. She refunded my early check in fee. However, u have to wear wristbands for the elevator at all times. And the wait for the elevator can be anywhere from 5 munuyes to 20 minutes...We had them on us, just not on our wrist and security kicked my husband out of the pool area on our last day because it wasnt on his wrist. 250 hold on ur account, resort fees 40.00 a day, valet fees 35 a day and the kid at the beach lost our resort card. Very strong perfume smell in the lobby area. And the staff other than valet and bag guys r extremly rude. Like...really super rude. U have to use their valet system too. U text them for your car and wait 20 to 30 minutes for it. This wasnt my type of place. Hollywood beach boardwalk are my kind of people. 20 bucks for a puna coloda at the pool bar. Beds are like hard as rocks. This just wasnt my type of place. I dont need valet, i dont need wristbands, it was a pain to get in and out of. The apartment itself is nice. Spacious. Washer dryer which is good travelling with kids. However, the property manager was really great to deal with. I would not book here again though. Injust want my car keys, hop in my car and go.

Very nice apartment
The apartment was excellent and fully equipped. Great sea view. On the beach. Very clean and modern. The resort was also very clean, at an excellent location, and with enhanced security (had a bad experience with a security person who behaved unprofessionally and rude). Regardless, I would rent this apparent again! I did enjoy the stay.

The place was amazing, the staff was incredible only negative beach chairs can only be used until like 2-3 o’clock since the location of them puts you in the shade so make sure to go early for the sun. Elevators are a little slow but the location was beautiful not to crazy 5 min drive to the boardwalk had so much fun definitely recommend renting bikes and enjoying the atmosphere. 20 minutes to downtown Ft. Lauderdale where we definitely enjoyed the nightlife all in all great trip. Absolutely coming back.

The unit was clean, had wonderful ocean views and amenities for comfort. The only downside is not related to the unit or Zen Vacation Rentals but during peak hours the elevators can be exceptionally slow so plan ahead!

2nd time we stay at the Hyde. Great spot directly on the beach and amazing view from the balcony. Unit is located on 30rd floor. You will love waking up with the sun. Communication with Zen rentals was very good, quick responses.

le look de l'appartement est ok mais pas confortable. ameublement de base. Cuisine peu équipée (même pas de linge pour essuyer la vaisselle), manque de lumière le soir, murs mal isolés, sécurité ridicule (on doit avoir en tout temps un bracelet (qu'on ne peut enlever lorsqu'on sort de l'hôtel), Aucune chance d'inviter des amis ne serait-ce que pour quelques heures, endroit réservé pour les chaises de plage bondés et très collés les uns des autres. Par contre, la compagnie Zen qui s'occupe de la location a été très rapide a répondre aux demandes et a offert un bon service.

The property was beautiful. The unit was very nice and pretty clean. We loved being right on the beach and the privacy of the resort. Close to stores and restaurants. Ubered everywhere and that was quick. Check in was a bit of a nightmare. Our reservation had not been sent by the owner or management company. Staff was great to work with and it was straightened our fairly quickly with emails. Would recommend and stay again!

Zen Vacation is amazing communication the discrepancy is on the hotel service especially on the beach area , towells are big issue you need to return it before 4:30pm or they charge you a 50.00 per towel that is ridiculous we staying on the beach until 9.00 pm at night and couple days at 4:30 there was nobody to received the towels back on the beach , I was keeping the the towels until next day and I have a couple issues with the beach service because they want to charge me 50 dollars for each towel. Other than that ZEN Vacation group is 5 star company good communication with the company over the phone and by VRBO website ……
