„The apartment was great! Check In / Out was super uncomplicated and the location with the view onto the ocean was astounding! Everything was in nice condition and the pool you can use also was very clean and quite big! The restaurant "Sunset Grille" was also very good and we had amazing steaks there (it is located 5 minutes walking time from the apartment). „It was 6 miles from key west which we liked. It sits in an inlet so you don’t see much ocean or beach. Property had a separate bath house. Bathroom wasn’t really usable & tv cord was missing so no tv (wasn’t there to watch tv) If you have problems with close spaces, it wouldn’t be for you “

„The biggest surprise upon checking in at the security booth was the HUGE (Vrbo won’t let me quote the amount) ENTRANCE FEE to the "PARK". I booked and paid ahead of time so I wouldn't have to lay out money while traveling. I don't believe the listing price is fully clear and transparent because the full Vrbo rate shown to the customer does not represent the TOTAL required by EVERY customer. „Our family of five adults and a dog had a fantastic week at this beautiful house! We had plenty of space, it was super clean and well kept. The countertop ice maker was definitely appreciated! We didn’t cook but all the tools you could need are there. We did place an Instacart order from Publix for a few things and delivery was no problem. „Our trip was supposed to be a boys fishing trip but that was derailed by the hurricane. We were not able to reschedule the trip so my wife and I decided to come down for a private retreat. The house is much more than two people need but we had a great time. The morning views are spectacular. The only thing I would change would be the addition of a full size oven for those who like to cook at the house. “

The main perks of this place is that it has a seawall on a protected canal to keep a boat, has good channel access to both the oceanside and gulf, and is clean. The master bed evidently has an older form top mattress that doesn't dissipate heat, so it you are warm sleeping you will want to sleep in the second bedroom. It's not quite as bad. „The Property was as advertised. Great location, had everything we needed, served as both a fantastic base camp between outings and home base. We were able to experience everything we wanted for Thanksgiving as well as hit all the Florida Key highlights (Key West, Bahia Honda , and Piegon Key to list a few), the Venture Out location amenities and activities were a fantastic fit for us as well. „We had a good time at Pip's . The houses are very nice and had everything we needed. No sunset tour, well , it's Dezember - season seems to be over. The pool was nothing to wrote home about . Not half the sice of a regular hotel-pool .....makes it impossible to have a nice swim. “

"The apartment was great! Check In / Out was super uncomplicated and the location with the view onto the ocean was astounding! Everything was in nice condition and the pool you can use also was very clean and quite big! The restaurant "Sunset Grille" was also very good and we had amazing steaks there (it is located 5 minutes walking time from the apartment). If you have a car everything is reachable very easily since the apartment is located on Marathon which is very centered in the Keys. In the end, I would absolutely rent this apartment again and I can recommend it to everyone! (The murphy bed is in the living room next to the dining table. Just if anybody is wondering)"

"Wir hatten keine großen Erwartungen, da wir die meiste Zeit unterwegs und nicht im waren. Die Angestellten waren ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab für Key West den ein oder anderen Tipp und Abreiß-Karten lagen am Empfang zur kostenlosen Mitnahme bereit. Das Zimmer war absolut in Ordnung und hatte einen großen Kühlschrank, was uns sehr gelegen kam. Der Preis ging für uns vollkommen in Ordnung und war günstiger als in Key West direkt. Wir würden dort wieder absteigen."
