„We had a fantastic time at this condo! The sound of the ocean waves was so calming and we enjoyed hearing them all day long. The location was perfect—close to shops and just a short walk to restaurants and a corner store for anything you might need in a pinch. The property was peaceful and quiet, and most days we had the pool to ourselves, which was a nice bonus. Overall, we loved our stay! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!“

„Apartment is in an gated community. You are directly in the Tourist Area. You also have special access to the Beach Strip. Everything worth visiting is close and can be reached via Walking. AC and Fans in Living Room and Bedroom. Everything worked out great. I enjoyed my Stay and recommend this Place highly.“

„Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Anlage! Ein Wehrmutstropfen für uns war die nicht funktionierende Klimaanlage, die auch in unseren sechs Tagen des Aufenthaltes nicht repariert wurde. Insgesamt aber empfehlenswert!!“

„Das Appartement war sauber und modern ausgestattet, wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und sicher. Der dazugehörige Strand ist nur bis 18 uhr zugänglich. Kommunikation lief reibungslos. Betreuung vor Ort war einwandfrei und sehr freundlich. Wir konnten das Appartement leider erst 2 Tage später beziehen, da der Vormieter den Schlüssel nicht abgegeben hatte. Man hatte uns jedoch sofort eine andere gleichwertige Unterkunft zur Verfügung gestellt, die sehr nahe gelegen war. Chek Out lief ...

„Property was excellent. Great location near tons of restaurants and things to do. When communicating with the property manager I received very quick responses. Would definitely stay here again.“

„lage ist in ordnung.jedoch gibt es in ochi nur wenige restaurants. der strand ist nicht ansprechend. entgegen der beschreibung -kein frühstück;kein radio,defekter fernseher,defekte mikrowelle,keine tägliche reinigung,kein safe, sehr laut;türschloss defekt! insgesamt sehr abgewohnt und nicht zum weiterempfehlen!“

„A very nice condo. We loved it and will return. Great view. We spent most of our time on the deck. We felt very safe and secure. “

„We love this property as it's right on the water, with a beautiful beach, and next to lots of restaurants and shops. This unit looks out onto the ocean and we loved waking up early to watch the sunrise. A/C worked great, lots of hot water and the bed was massive and very comfortable. The host was also really nice and very responsive. Would stay again - thank you!“

„I was happy and comfortable staying here. Gated complex. Large, clean pool. Renovated apt. Nicely decorated. Bedrooms are a good size and very far apart for privacy. 2 full bathrooms. There was a sign on dining table to welcome us by name. No elevator. Climb 3 floors. Really nice mountain views, city views, and port view. Night time was quiet for sleeping. No traffic noise at all. This is a great choice!“

„We had a wonderful weekend at Fisherman’s Point. The apartment is so cute and the location can’t be beat. The check in was easy, great host communication and we had free access to the beach right behind the property. Because it’s located right next to the main Ocho Rios drag there was loud music in the evenings but by the time we were ready for bed it had stopped. Will stay here again.“

„The view was beautiful. The inside was clean but very hot in the living room. That evening after checking in a lot of bugs were on the walls. The master bedroom toilet chain was rusted and broke. The pool was decent but needed cleaning. The beach was not really a beach. I really enjoyed my stayed. Just a few minor things that's easily repairable. “

„This is the second time i have stayed in this house, this time was glad to see more kitchen supplies and chairs by the pool. However the hot water did not work the whole 2 weeks of my stay, which i was very disappointed in also my last week there was no internet which left me feeling a little stranded. Would stay again if hotwater was fixed.“

„beautiful view, grounds well keep pool very clean. twenty-four-hour security, staff very helpful, easy access to main road. Condo has all basic cooking utensils, nice beach towels, washer dryer in good working condition, AC units all working properly and cooling as designed. The owner is availed by phone and lives close for any problems. “

"The longlasting refurbishing seems to lack coordination and quality-control. A lot of minor issues regarding bad workmanship. One bartender/waiter on the lounge has no clue about service. Breakfast ist good."
