„Wonderful accomodation with lovely hosts. Nothing too much trouble. Go above and beyond. Clean and comfortable with peace and quiet. Breakfasts are ample and set you up for the day. Lovely fresh cakes/biscuits in room alongside drink refreshments. Water from tap is drinkable and from a spring. So no need to take your own, just an empty bottle to refill. Bathroom and bedroom had heaters and it doesn't get too hot even in the height of summer. Set in countryside and with easy reach of many ...

„Lovely spacious stay at this pub for my family, loved the little touches.. fresh milk in the room, with tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. Large comfy beds. Staff were very friendly, and we had dinner here too which was delicious and well priced. Only thing that let it down were the light curtains giving us an early wake up, a black out blind would be a perfect addition! Well located for Forbidden Corner and Druids Temple. “

„Sehr schön eingerichtetes Familienzimmer, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Durch die direkt vorbeigehende Hauptstrasse und das direkt unter den Zimmern gelegene Pub ist es allerdings etwas laut. Nicht geeignet für Ruhesuchende. Der Pub bietet gutes Essen zu moderaten Preisen.“

„It was a lovley old building and the floors & ceiling reflected the age of the place. The room was huge it had an open fire but we didnt use it had a stand alone bath but we never used. The shower was an electric standard model a bit of a dissappointment but it done the job. Overall a nice place. “

„We'd opted for a superior room as it was our anniversary. Had a lovely view of the market square. Good sized room and lovely toiletries and tea & coffee facilities (could have done with more herbal tea options, but we'd brought our own just in case.) Nice touch to be able to get fresh milk for drinks, rather than the milk sachets.. Staff friendly and helpful eg looked up the local cinema times for us. Thanks“
