There is not much to do in nearby areas but my goal was to stay near new river gorge park not to be in a place with lots to do, so this was perfect! Only downside is proximity to the train tracks. „Good location near town. Spacious but stairs a bit steep to 2nd floor so be careful especially if you need to come down in middle of night. We had a WiFi outage that was resolved the next day with a small refund.. so hosts were responsive and considerate. I recommend this place.“

„We enjoyed our stay. The house was about a half-hour drive from the main visitor center in New River Gorge National Park. Two very nice state parks were also within a relatively short driving distance. We used the full-size kitchen for breakfast and dinner. It was nice having a dishwasher. The kayaks and fire pit were a lot of fun. “
