„Could see that this used to be great (when photos were taken) While it was was mostly clean, there was a lot that didn’t live up to the promise or what we paid for. Lots of stains too. The bed linen is specifically tired and needing replacement - in no ways can it be called premium. There was no Wi-Fi and no bathtub - also both mentioned in the property description for the superior cottage (Crane Cottage). Convenient for the hockey festival at Michaelhouse and beautiful views but can’t say ...

„The location was perfect for the purpose of my trip. Staff - super friendly and extremely helpful at all times. I can't rate them high enough! Accommodation was adequate. Very dark room - needs some more lighting. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom - needs a re-vamp. Load -shedding was well managed. “

„Place was beautiful. However I am disappointed as the shower was terrible. Being Gas powered the water was ice old or extremely hot for 15 seconds. Ive reported the matter the person in charge of which I received no apology and i was told that the shower will be working perfectly the next morning. And not to my surprise it was not working. The water had sand as per the pics i will upload. The shower was ice cold and both my kids are now ill from standing in the shower waiting for hot water ...

I was suppose to recieve a code prior to atrivijg which was never sent. Once i had my cide, it still did not work. This meant i had to use another gate at the back of the estate which was highly inconvenient “
