„We enjoyed our stay, swam and caught plenty of fish. Only a few drawbacks, but don't let these deter you from enjoying this home. It's 3 bed, 2 bath, not 4 bed, 2-1/2 bath. One bathroom is connected to the room with double bed so at night the other guests are sharing one bathroom. The area between the yard and the dock was flooded so walked thru mud to get there and the grass was unmowed & very high. (heavy rain the week prior) But still, it was fun and enjoyable! „We did a corporate retreat with 5 men. House was perfectly set up for this type of event or multiple families. Very Spacious and accommodating. Fully stocked to cook any type of meal. Boat Dock was well laid out to enjoy fishing and recreation. Highly recommended from top to bottom. “

„Me and my husband and teen children enjoyed our stay. Beds where very comfy. Loved the private dock equipped with all the extras. Kitchen was stocked even had spices. View was amazing. „Short trip - just me and my dogs. The cabin was clean, well-appointed, and in the perfect location to explore. Both North and South Toledo Bend State Parks were within an easy driving distance - I also greatly enjoyed visiting the dam that created the reservoir. I don’t have a boat, but there’s a launch on property for those who do. There is also an amazing pier and huge, covered floating deck - the perfect place to catch the sunset or swing away the afternoon.“

„We enjoyed our weekend, overall. The house was big enough for our family and the kitchen was nicely equipped.
