„Don’t miss on this one!! The other reviews were right on the “mark”!! This place is extremely special and the view in the evening over the bay was magical. It literally felt like a painting. They have the place well decorated and the beds are extremely comfortable. Not to mention the Swedish spa next door!! We loved everything about this place and would stay again in a heartbeat.“

„What a wonderful stay we had! Not only is this home is in a beautiful area, but it is full of charm and warmth. The claw foot tub, a porch swing and Adirondack chairs around a fire pit helped make our stay even more enjoyable. The host was super quick to respond to every inquiry I had.“

„This property is convenient to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. The kitchen was nice for our group to cook breakfast together. The house had lots of spaces to visit and plenty of seating both at the tables and in the common areas. Upstairs had no electrical outlets and smelled musty but we were able to work around the lack of electrical outlets and always travel with air freshener so it was okay.“

„Overall the place was nice. We didn’t get a chance to kayak, but we enjoyed our stay regardless. The kitchen was well stocked and we made all our dinners there. The bathroom had some black mold on the ceiling, which was concerning. The directions could also have been more descriptive, we got there after dark and had trouble finding the place.“

„This cute little house was just the right size for my husband and me. The neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing. However, the drawback of that is that it is at least a 30 minute drive to get to anywhere. Bar Harbor is an hour's drive (and we were not in peak season - it is probably longer if we had been). There were a few things to do closer, but you still had to drive as there are no shoulders on the road and consequently walking felt treacherous. This is not a criticism of the property - if ...

„Myself and my family stayed at this property for a week. Had a few bumps when we first got there but the property manager was absolutely amazing. Responded immediately and got everything straightened out. The property is beautiful whether you are outside or looking out from inside. Was further than I thought from Acadia but we managed. No issues with the hot water and there were 6 of us. We had fun filled days and very peaceful relaxing evenings. Wonderful rental.“

„This was our second stay at this cottage. We love staying on the quiet Schoodic peninsula side rather than the busy Bar Harbor side of Acadia. The cottage has all you need for a nice stay. Good water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water. The shower is small, but I am 6'3" and weigh 215 lbs and i was just fine. Beds are comfortable. Internet speed is fine. Heater works well. „The house was perfect for our group of 16 ages 12 to 54. We were easily able to host an 80th birthday celebration for my mom. Plenty of seating for 20 people. The house and sleep arrangements were pretty ideal compared to other stays at other locations. My only suggestion is extra towel sets!“

„This house was just spectacular. We were looking for something that was quiet , on the water, and this house didn't disappoint. Close enough to so many activities but far enough from the crowds of Bar Harbor. The house was very very clean and had everything we were looking for. „The apartment is in a great location for visiting Acadia National Park. From the apartment terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea. There is even a seafront terrace (don't forget the mosquito repellent). It is very clean and everything you need for cooking is available. We have enjoyed our stay very much.“
