„The room was very clean and comfortable. However at check in the computer was down and I was unable to obtain a key. By the time I returned to the hotel the key was still available. Also I was charged and incidental fee tht no one else in the group was charged. I asked for an explanation of it and the attendant could not give me one. The hotel itself was very comfortable.“
