„This property is nothing as advertised, studio apartment was disgusting, broken and stained sofa, bathroom had a moldy smell and dirty shower was even worse, AC had duct tape and water stain on wall from leaking AC. I was out first thing in the morning.save your money and don’t rent“

„The standards of teh condo units are far below average from my stay a year ago. Communication is very limited with the staff. The Security Guards are down right RUDE. The cleaning fees are just pocket money. There was long black hair all over this room. Plain NASTY. There is no housekeeping even though they charge for it. Check in process required effort...A typical problem, after 3 emails he left the keys....Davao renters often Ad, check in hours 9am to 6pm knowing flights arrive all day n night, in this regard a Hotel is better. This owner however did leave the keys...There is no parking... Security offers 500P a day which is ridiculous when overnight street parking is available for 80P..The view is great, the place, nice enough a Europe 2.5 star... There are no toiletries "none" so ...

„Wirklich ein traumhafter Aufenthalt. Es gibt nur 5-6 villen auf dem Gelände und obwohl es ausgebucht ist, fühlt es trotzdem an als wäre man fast alleine dort! Definitiv eines der besten Hotels in denen wir je übernachtet haben. Das Personal ist super freundlich und immer via Whatsapp erreichbar wenn man etwas braucht. "Wieder einmal ein sehr schöner und ruhiger Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank an das sehr zuvorkommend Personal. Ich hatte wieder ein Poolzimmer mit top Ausstattung. Die Gartenanlage und der Pool sind in einem Super Zustand. Die Lage ist Ausgezeichnet, in wenigen Minuten ist man im Matina Square mit vielen Restaurants und Bars. Auch fußläufig ereichbar der gerade eröffnete Riesen Supermarkt NCCC und das im Bau befindliche Einkaufszentrum. Nur zu Empfehlen ! "

"We had a wonderful one-night stay at Pearl Farm Beach Resort. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the food and drinks were fantastic. The resort itself was peaceful and beautifully serene. Our stay in the Samal House was perfect—it was a charming, clean little house with an incredible view of the ocean and the pagoda. From start to finish, we felt completely taken care of."

"Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel. Leider schon sehr abgewohnt. Das Frühstück ist nicht wirklich gut. Hotelpersonal überschlägt sich nicht vor Freundlichkeit, man hatte das Gefühl es sei ihnen zu viel. Rollerverleih war nicht gut, alle Roller hatten Mängel."
