Wake up to beautiful Lake Anna views with coffee on the oversized back deck.

Enjoy a camp fire, keeping warm during the fall and winter, and during the Spring and Summer enjoy sitting on your private deck with a great view of Lake Anna.

This property is situated in on a cove to provide enjoyable views and privacy!

The living area of this one-story home has double doors to allow you to access your serenity, a water-view oasis. Kick back with a vacation read or stretch out and watch a movie after a day outdoors. The modern kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and well stocked with all the tools a home chef might need. Six can sit for family-style meals at the dining table, and three barstools in the eat in kitchen. There is also 2 three-person tables and chairs for outside meals as well as numerous outside chairs

In this house you'll find the kitchen, living room, dining room, powder room and laundry room with large washer and dryer.

The house is equipped with central heat and AC. Plenty of parking space and lawn space for yard games.

This Community is gated and Golf Cart Friendly! If you wish to bring your golfcart, you're more than welcome to!

*This property includes 2 kayaks, 2 life jackets and 2 paddles. This property is conveniently located right across the street from a boat launch area. Bluewater, is a gated subdivision that provides its residents, one community area and 3 boat launches.

Beach towels are NOT provided

We are a 15 minute drive to the nearest grocery store in one direction and 15 minutes to downtown Louisa in another direction. We are 30 minutes from the nearest Walmart.

Modern Renovated Home on Lake
The house has a very modern feel to it with a coded door and renovated features. It's right by the lake and has a nice fire pit outside. It's a cute rental that meets the needs of a family.

Quiet and relaxing
This property is a great place to unwind. We were here for an extended weekend to catch up with family and really enjoyed sitting by the firepits and relaxing on the deck. The beds and couch were very comfortable, the property was clean and had really beautiful views of the lake and changing leaves, and host communication was good, just a little slow. Bummed the indoor fireplace was inoperable, but everything else was great! Would absolutely stay here again.

The Lakeview Retreat was perfect! House was perfect location for us and the view from the back deck was so relaxing for our morning coffee. The house was well stocked with supplies and the bath towels were luxurious. House was impressively clean and organized. The evenings were made even more enjoyable with the fire pit! Will definitely stay there again in the future.

Wonderful weekend
We had a lovely weekend stay! The house is updated and fully stocked. Easy to drive down to the launch to use the kayaks! I will be looking to stay there again, but will bring my own pillows as they were a little to firm for me. The welcome basket was a wonderful touch!

Peaceful getaway
We were looking for way to get away from our busy lives and just relax, walk around the water have a nice dinner out, lay by a small beach that we nicknamed beach, sit by the fireplace and have a bottle of wine. And this was the perfect place to do it. Everything was spotless and we even had a Welcome basket that was lovely. Thank you so much! Highly recommended.

Property was very clean. Nicely decorated and very updated with a modern and comfortable vibe. Kitchen was well stocked. We had a welcome basket full of snacks and a bottle of wine that was a wonderful touch. Overall we had a great visit. So perfect!
The house was so clean and just as the pictures showed. The couches and beds were comfy and it was so peaceful. Best part was the fire pit, big back deck, and the kayaks. We enjoyed the boat slip right down the hill. Will definitely book again!

Cute Little Lake House
The place was clean and a perfectly decorated lake house. Close to the state park and local attractions. A lovely bottle of pinot grigio was waiting for us. We would definitely stay here again. Even a small private beach if you don't want to head to the state park. Wonderful weekend getaway.

Perfect lake getaway
Our three-generation family of six really enjoyed this vacation property. The house's recent renovations were very well done resulting in a bright, comfortable cabin. The furnishings, linens and kitchen gear were top notch. Yes, even the beds were comfortable for everyone in our group. The walk in shower in the primary bathroom was especially helpful for the grandparents. The back deck was a wonderful spot to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktail and snacks. We took advantage of the neighborhood's boat launch areas to use the cabin's kayaks. We recommend kayaking in the morning when there are fewer boaters on the lake. We can't wait to visit the property again next summer!

Nice home, nice neighborhood, close to the lake
The home was comfortable and clean, with plenty of indoor space and outdoor seating. Host was very responsive to questions. There isn't direct access to the water from the house, but there's a nearby boat launch or you can drive to the marina or state park which aren't very far.

A Gem!
Beautiful house & property! Excellent host! Everything needed for a long weekend getaway was there (soap, paper products, towels, etc.) and I was especially grateful all the beds were already made! Complimentary bottle of wine & s’more’s ingredients were a lovely tough. Nice access to the boat ramp to launch the kayaks. We enjoyed the fire pit & time on the back porch soaking in the water view. Absolutely adored this place and hope to stay again!

Beautiful property inside and out! Gorgeous lake view in a tree canopied yard. Home is outfitted perfectly with a full kitchen, two beautiful bathrooms and a great collection of books, games and puzzles (and. Front yard fire pit—complete with wood stack!)
