Wunderbares Haus am Seeufer mit allen Annehmlichkeiten für einen fantastischen Urlaub. Dieses Haus verfügt über 6 Schlafzimmer, 4 Badezimmer + 2 WCs, 3 Küchen, einen Billardtisch, ein Arcade-Spiel, eine Hufeisengrube und Maisbretter. Herrliche Aussicht auf den See mit einer Tiki-Bar auf dem Bootshaus, einem Dock mit Pavillon, einem Strandbereich mit flachem Wasser Startbereich für Kajaks und Wake-Boards.

Das Haus ermöglicht private Schlafzimmer mit großen Gemeinschaftsräumen für jedermann zu sammeln. Die Haupt-Gourmetküche verfügt über ein Gaskochfeld auf der Mittelinsel, einen Doppelofen, eine Mikrowelle, einen großen Kühlschrank, eine Keurig-Kaffeemaschine, eine große Kaffeemaschine und einen Toaster. Der Esstisch bietet bequem Platz für 12 Personen.

Die 4 Schlafzimmer auf der Hauptebene verfügen über 3 Kingsize-Betten und 2 Einzelbetten. Die 2 Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss haben ein Kingsize-Bett in einem und ein Etagenbett + 2 Einzelbetten. Es gibt einen zusätzlichen Aufenthaltsraum mit 4 Einzelbetten. Insgesamt gibt es 4 Kingsize-Betten und 10 Einzelbetten für bequemes Schlafen für 18 Personen.

Great For Large Groups
House has everything you need to bring in multiple families or friends. Very large house with lots of bedrooms and stocked kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Boat house is nice and we spent most of our time down there fishing. Caught a good amount of fish! Nice deck that wraps around entire house and fire pit for hanging out at night.

Wonderful
The house is amazing. The furniture is very comfortable. The kitchen(2) are very well stocked with pots and pans, dishes,silverware and utensils. It works really well for multigenerational families. The only downside is the dock and Tiki bar need some repairs and wasp control.

Beautiful lake house with lots of room
The host was amazing. Easy check in and out process. The house was exactly as described. Fully stocked with anything you’d need in the kitchen. We enjoyed our weekend getaway. The basement was great for our teenagers.

We rented this property for a family weekend and we were all thrilled with the property itself, the location, and the communication with the property management team. The home is beautiful and fully stocked with everything you need, and the location on the lake is just beautiful. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for a lakefront getaway!

This was a great place for our annual family girls weekend. We’ve stayed a lot of places on the lake and this one had one of the best equipped kitchens we’ve ever used. Home was clean-always appreciate that! Nice yard and dandy play area for little ones.

Great Location!
The Tiki House did not disappoint! The water was warm and the weather was great! We had 5 couples and 7 children stay here (17 total). Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kids loved sleeping together in the basement bedroom that included 4 twins and a bunk bed. They also loved the pool table. There is plenty of space to sit inside and outside of the house. We spent a lot of time lounging in the water and hanging out at the tiki bar. We even rented a pontoon one day. This house also has beautiful views of the sunset!

Great house in great location. House is somewhat dated, deck and boat house need some upkeep. Access to water to swim was difficult due to makeshift ladders used. Right off main channel has pros and cons. Great views! Evidence of mice in kitchen.

Best rental, best time!
We really loved your place. It was very clean, well stocked, and quiet. We enjoyed fishing first thing in the morning and last thing in the day with lots of swimming in between. I don't think some of the kids ever got out except to eat lunch quickly and got right back in AND were sound asleep as soon as their heads hit the pillows!! The only down side to this place is that it was so hard to leave! We all had such a wonderful time. Thank you so much!

Fabulous house!
We've been doing Lake houses for a few years and this may go down as my favorite house. Pros: great space! Spacious rooms and great teen/young space. Great living with plenty of seating - we loved the reclining sofa seats! ice machine plenty of fridge space and overall kitchen stocked nearly flat from house to dock pleasant neighbors plenty of parking was able to bike ride straight from house (across to Ridge Road). Food Lion a few minutes away. Con (and it was only 1!): narrow park of lake, NOT a no wake zone so it was loud and busy on the lake 4 of the 6 days we were there. Very happy we chose this house. Thanks for sharing.

We DO love the Tiki House . . .
This house is humungeous! - which is absolutely awesome for our family - so I can understand that the level of upkeep and maintenance must be substantial. We have always appreciated the relaxing, no-fuss ambiance of the Tiki House. That being said, it seems like basic maintenance is being overlooked, and that impacted our recent stay in the home. Hopefully these issues will be addressed soon before too many other renters are adversely affected. Overall, the house is large and (nearly) perfect for a large family gathering!

Wonderful graduation week!
Tiki House is wonderful! Beautiful, breath taking views of Lake Anna and such a relaxing place to watch the boats on the lake, the birds soaring overhead or watching the sunrise. So much space for you and your guests. With 6 bedrooms plus the bunk room, 3 kitchens and all those bathrooms! Everyone has their own space and many spaces to come together to enjoy.

Great Reunion of Friends
We had a great stay. We had 7 kids under 4 as well as 5 couples. We felt we had plenty of space and weren't on top of each other. The "beach" was great for the kids and adults to sit around. The tiki bar/dock felt old and uncleaned, most likely due to the beginning of the season and hasn't been broken in yet. On a shelf next to the laundry machine downstairs, it looks like housekeeping forgot to pick up clothes left behind from a previous stay. The toilets were not well cleaned either. There was also trash left in the trash cans downstairs. No fault to the owner and understand mistakes happen, but should consider a new cleaning service. Also some cosmetic damage, particularly to basement kitchen cabinets that was unappealing. I expected the grill to be in better condition, however one I could not get started and the other I had to light a match and clean thoroughly in order to use. Was disappointed and probably wouldn't have planned to use it had I known. I also had to refill a propane tank myself, which was expected due to the contract, so I am not upset about it. Otherwise, we would definitely rent again. Never felt nervous the kids would break anything and could roam around the house. Great place and highly considering booking again.

Relaxing week with family
Tiki House was perfect for our group of 6 adults (age ranges 40 -70yrs) and 5 children (age ranges 7-14yrs). The house was clean and well equipped. There was plenty of room for everyone. Access to the lake was perfect. My husband put in at a marina around the corner and tied up at the house dock. Fishing off the dock was good as well, we caught several fish during the week. Grocery store and restaurants are easy to access too. The host was very quick to respond and helpful when we briefly lost power during a storm. I would highly recommend the Tiki House!

Waterfront home is big and tiki! Three kitchens to keep everyone talking and drinking. Pool and video game machine downstairs! Elevated deck on the water to socialize at with firepit right next to it! This place will surely satisfy your needs for a fun get away!

The house was beyond amazing, tidy and wonderfully clean. The beautiful decorations and the possibilities available inside the house make it the most wonderful place to spend good times with friends. Beautiful Home & View
This is a wonderful home and a great layout for a couples trip as there are many bedroooms! The main kitchen was well stocked, and the extra two kitchens were an added bonus. We did have to put on our own sheets upon arrival as well as strip beds/ hamper towels and call a laundry service which was a bit odd. The power and water did go off during our stay and after reaching out to the property manager received no direction of steps they were taking to remedy as well as no reply when we notified them of the water outage. We lucked out with power & water coming back on within 2 hours or so, but this certainly could of really impacted the trip. We were lucky!

Arrived 30 minutes early meet owner very helpful about the area. House was as pictured.
The owner was on site and very helpful about food and places to eat. The kitchen had more than enough plates bowels and everything we needed to cook with. Plenty of towels in all the bathrooms. With both living room's each with its own TV gave us plenty to shows to choose from. We used the firepit most nights and the sunsets were outstanding. The TV in the basement was missing and the stereo also in the basement only had a few of the speakers working. The Tiki bar we had to take and spend half an hour to clear all the spider webs and the radio inside the Tiki bar didn't work. There was (2) grills, both needed cleaning before we could cook on them. The one we did cook on flared up which made us turn the grill off and clean all the grease that was built up on the bottom. Only a small part of the food was damaged but the grill work well once cleaned. The dish washer was full, so we ran it to make sure they were cleaned. We did not catch any fish but just sitting on the dock was so relaxing we really did not care. The light switches need to be marked we spent time finding out which one lit what light. We also needed to buy toilet for only some of the bathrooms had it. All in all, this was a very nice rental just needed the little personal touches. We have used VRBO now for the past 4 years and always been very happy with each place including this location. We don't mean to criticize in a negative way just a few helpful hints going forward. Very happy and would book this location again.

Another wonderful family trip at Lake Anna. My family absolutely loves staying here as there is something to do for all ages and there have been major upgrades done to the house. Best place to stay at Lake Anna by far!!

Our group had a blast at this property. The multiple kitchens were a big perk (we used one for food and one for drinks!). The little cove created by the docks is perfect for floating all day. Highly recommended all around.

Family Reunion
We rented Tiki House for two weeks to accommodate the various family members who came for a family reunion. It was so much fun. The home accommodated our cooking, sleeping and activities for all the ages- from 7 months to 79 years old. Weekend boat activity on the lake is high but during the week it was calm and good for swimming. We would recommend the Tiki House!
