„I stayed seven nights in the Best Wester Plus hotel. I had asked three times if they can empty my trash bin and maybe some new towels, nothing was done. Very unfriendly and not customer oriented. The room was ok, but very old, light didn't work. air condition failed also after the second day. there are many other hotels around, I would chose another one for sure.“

„The location as well as the spacious rooms is great. The hotel has been slightly renovated – but not everything has been renewed. The rooms are still the same (carpet, old faucets....). The fitness centre is large, but a lot of equipment has been removed (when it was the Grand Hotel, it had a lot more facilities). But for me that was totally OK! Also the fact that the spa area no longer exists does not bother me. I had a very pleasant stay overall! Thank you very much! “

„I came this property to attend a Timberwolves game—it was nice and close to the arena, and the price was well below comparable hotels. Cleanliness was good, service was very good, breakfast was marginal. I’d choose this hotel again. The only issue I had was in finding the front door—actually on the back of the building and not well marked. “

„Hate that the bathroom light is outside of the bathroom and also have had multi issues with the water getting hot. You need to let the water run for at least 5 minutes to get warm water. This is my second stay though and other than these two issues theres a starbucks in building. Its clean. Doesnt smell. Has pool. Close to lightrail Will come back“

„I stay at a lot of hotels, and this one gets it just right. HBO channels on the TV. A little nightlight in the bathroom. A nicely stocked little canteen. And terrific, terrific staff. Don't sleep on Tea House, just down the street. Somehow Minneapolis has Chinese food that is equal to the Chinatowns in NYC and San Fran, and Tea House is probably the best. Sounds generic. Looks generic on the outside. Inside is lovely. Staff is great (speak English well if you need some help). Food is amazing! ...

„Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich. Es gibt ein Fitnessstudio. Man kann frühstücken, zu Abend essen und sie haben eine Bar. Wenn man länger als 3 Tage bleibt sollte man Bescheid sagen das sie auch den Zimmerfussboden reinigen sollen. Ansonsten wird alles gemacht. Man ist mitten in der Stadt. Das US-Bank Stadium ist zu Fuss in 5 min. zu erreichen. Auch sonst ist vieles in der Stadt sehr Nahe.“
