„I stayed seven nights in the Best Wester Plus hotel. I had asked three times if they can empty my trash bin and maybe some new towels, nothing was done. Very unfriendly and not customer oriented. The room was ok, but very old, light didn't work. air condition failed also after the second day. there are many other hotels around, I would chose another one for sure.“

„Receptionist was rude, when we got to the front desk she was on the phone, she put the person on the phone on hold, she looked up at me and said - Id and form of payment. No welcome, saying thank you for choosing the Weston, no enjoy your stay. Just rude. The app told me to park in ramp B. It was a freezing cold walk all the way to the hotel. “

„My boyfriend and I placed our hotel last minute for a reasonable price. We got to the hotel around 12AM and all the doors were locked, so we called the hotel, and someone picked up right away and allowed us in the building to check in. Once we got into the hotel and our room, the environment was so calming, our room was super clean, and it smelt amazing. the staff was awesome and are all so welcoming.
