„We loved this hotel for it's ambience that included artwork, guest lounges and nice gardens. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and accomodating. The property uses sustainable practices to minimize use of plastic and waste. Our only complaint was being woken up early by the noise of voices in a nearby room. Rodrigo was particularly helpful given our limited Spanish skills.“

„We were amazed by this hotel. It dates back to 1890 but it is in a great condition and everything is done so nicely and beautiful. „Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir waren zu Silvester dort und um Mitternacht gab es auf Kosten des Hauses ein Getränk und man konnte das Feuerwerk von der überdachten Hotelterrasse aus ansehen. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank, aber wenn man in Valparaiso ist, ist man eh nur zum Schlafen auf dem Zimmer. Die Lage an einem der berühmtesten Paseos ist wirklich toll, auch wenn man erstmal das Auto irgendwo parken muss. "Mittendrinner" geht es gar nicht, auch ...

„Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage und verfügt nur über wenige Zimmer. Spanisch ist hier zwar klar gefragt, aber irgendwie bekommt man es auch mit Englisch hin. Vom Busbahnhof ist man mit dem Bus, einem kleinen Fußweg und einer Fahrt mit dem Ascessor schnell vor Ort. Viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Sehr zu empfehlen: Die Free-Walking-Tour. “
