„Die Unterkunft ist leider was Einrichtung angeht veraltet und teilweise mit Defekten ausgestattet. Die Duschen sind leider eine Katastrophe, kaum warmes Wasser und nur eine geringe Wassermenge. Die Couch ist schmutzig gewesen. In einem der Räume wurden einfach Gartenstühle/Gastronomie Stühle hingestellt. Frühstücksangebot ist mangelhaft, das Brot hat sich alt angefühlt (leicht wie Gummi) Das Personal hingegen, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. “

„Nicht gerade prickelnd, wir kamen ca. um Mitternacht an & sie brauchten dann mind. 25 Minuten für unser Check-in. Ebenfalls wurde uns ein kostenloser Late-Check-Out bestätigt, welchen wir dann am nächsten Tag hätten zahlen müssen. Wir wurden dann quasi früher als geplant „rausgeschmissen“ weil wir nicht zahlten. Personal nicht gerade freundlich, ausser im Restaurant, dort 10/10 :) Zimmer waren sauber, Luftqualität jedoch nicht prickelnd. Das erste & das letzte mal dort.“

„I stayed here again. I like the owner and the manager very much. They are professional and diligent. There are the same two cleaning ladies as always. I have no concerns ever with my possessions, as staff are honest and there are cameras. I also like that it is near a bus stop for El Mio, and right behind a huge supermarket. Great value if you’re concerned about your budget!“

„El personal que te atiende es muy amable pero las instalación son pauperrimas el sitio al rededor es muy inseguro (demaciado) no hay agia caliente en todas mas habitación diriamos que por el precio muy bien pero se deben de tomar en cuenta todas las cosas malas que tienen “

"Hidden gem in San Antonio neighborhood. The staff is great (especially Jonathan)the location is very good, the breakfast is as good as what you order, ie you have to ask for specifics but a lot of options. Loved all the fresh fruit and vegetarian options also for dinner. Very ready to accommodate. We stayed 4 nights. Our 2nd floor room had a beautiful view to the courtyard-not much privacy if you pull up all the blinds/curtains as the courtyard restaurant is very well frequented (and romantic). Very positive overall experience. Would recommend."
