Take a dip in the private HEATED pool or relax in the spacious great room. Conveniently located in the heart of Miramar Beach, you are minutes from Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and 30A and a short drive from dozens of great restaurants and shops. - King Bedroom with ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks
- Pool deck with private HEATED pool, a gas grill, and lounge seating (heating is optional for a $300 fee; please request 2 days prior to arrival)
- Garage with an extra fridge and parking for 2 cars and 3 cars in the driveway for 5 total (overflow parking is available at front of the neighborhood)
- Elevator that accesses all 3 floors (elevator use is restricted to elderly and handicapped guests only)

Enjoy 6 complimentary beach chairs and 3 umbrellas, set up daily for your convenience (March 1st - October 31st), with additional rentals available during these dates as well.
