Maravilla ist einer der beliebtesten Familienkomplexe in Miramar Beach / Destin. Es bietet 2, 5 Hektar große Strände sowie einen eigenen Zugang zum Strand. Das Gemeinschafts-Clubhaus eignet sich hervorragend für große Versammlungen mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und einer Sitzecke mit einem großen 48-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher. Es verfügt über 2 große Pools, einen saisonal beheizten, Tennisplätze, einen Trainingsraum und Basketballplätze. Sie können die großen Wanderwege für einen schönen Spaziergang oder zum Joggen entlang des Scenic Gulf Drive nutzen.

Unsere Maßeinheit schläft 8 bequem mit 1 König im Meister, 1 König im Dachboden, einem Königinraum und 1 Königinschlafsofa. Es verfügt über 2 Bäder, eines vom Meister und eines vom Dachboden. Dieses Gerät wäre ideal für mehrere Familien oder eine große Familie. Es hat einen schönen offenen Grundriss und einen schönen Balkon aus dem Wohnzimmer. Dieses Gerät ist ein großartiger Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen eines "Beach Escape"!

Home away from home!
We wanted a nice relaxing spring break and we got just that. It was very comfortable and everyone had space to enjoy themselves. The condo looked exactly as pictured. They had plenty of beach toys for the kids and I loved that there was plasticware for the kids to use for eating and drinking. My family was not ready to leave. I look forward to staying here again.

The property is in major need of updates and a deep clean. There was a leak in the upstairs bathroom through the ceiling in the downstairs bathroom. After multiple calls and interruptions to our stay the leak stopped after they listened to my husband. We were told it was a roof leak even though there had been no rain for several days and it only did it when the shower was in use. There was sand, old food, and what looked to be dog poop or tobacco in the floor in the master suite. The property manager said they couldn’t do deep cleans on such quick turnarounds. I won’t book at Maravilla ever again. The last two years have been less than what was expected or paid for. I spend too much money for vacation and want what I pay for. I love Destin but this place can do much better.

A weekend getaway
It was a smooth experience overall. The property was clean, and well stocked (bath towels, utensils, dishes, etc). It was a very CLOSE walk to the beach! The only minor complaint that I had, was that every time the air conditioner came on, it would make a very loud noise or “bang” sound. Other than that it was a pleasant place to stay.

Perfect Location
This condo was in the perfect location! Easy access to the beach and pool. Our neighbors were quiet and everyone on the property was respectful of each other. We could tell the owners tool pride in decorating the condo and we appreciated the cute touches. The mattresses were great, but the pillows are in desparate need of updating. We would have given a 5 star rating, but the pillows were really bad. They were flat, hard, and many are very stained. We actually used two of our car/camping pillows because they offered better support. We made do, but the bedding is one of the most important things for us. Also, as a heads up, bring a hair dryer if you need one!

The condo was as described. We enjoyed our week there very much. Only three of us so plenty of room. Very comfortable beds and good bathrooms. Would definitely rate this property 5 stars. Our one complaint would be the sofa which was very uncomfortable. We definitely would recommend this property for your stay at the beach.

Okay, but not clean
We've stayed in this area each year, and always enjoy the location. This was our first year staying at this particular condo, and I doubt we'd stay there again. The condo itself is okay - comparable to other condos we've stayed in. The layout wasn't super convenient, having to walk through one "bedroom" (a loft space) to get to the other bedroom upstairs, but it worked for our family. I appreciated that there were board games and a smart TV for days when the weather was crummy. The main concern we had here was the cleanliness. After an hour of being in the condo, our bare feet were completely black from walking on the floors. The coffee maker still had coffee grounds in it from the last guest, and there was a pile of fingernail clippings on the dresser. Pretty gross. I alerted the management company, who offered to send someone to clean the floors the next day. My mother had already mopped the floors (twice, because the floors were so filthy), so we declined the offer. Considering that we're in the middle of a pandemic, I assumed the cleaning procedures would be particularly strict, but this clearly wasn't the case. I would have expected more for the price.
