There are 4bedrooms downstairs, 4 queen beds and 2 sofa beds. There are 3.5 baths, FREE parking for tons of cars on the property (or perhaps a trailer), and entrance is from the front. There’s also the patio in the back where there is outdoor dining is. The home size is 3900 sq ft/ 362 sq m. Enjoy the home when the owner uses it part time of the year. The owner is back and forth in the city so she can drive out if needed.

Any sort of disruption to the neighborhood such as noise complaints, partying, smoking in the home, littering, will result in fines or shut down and eviction of your stay.

We have security system and 3 outdoor exterior Surveillance cameras outside of the home so we can see how many guests are staying overnight. $1000 fines will be charged for violating NO noise complaints from the neighbors. (Your on over 2 acres so you gotta be pretty loud to do so)

We welcome you our home which we use half the year as we are back and forth from the city which is an hour away.

Pets allowed on TOP floor ONLY. $1000 FINES will be charged for clean up for non disclosure. The pet on acceptance would on the top level ONLY for upholstery and carpet cleaning of $169. PLEASE absolutely no pets downstairs, it would require more cleaning as it’s a big home as it is. In doing so will cause emergency upholstery cleaning with excess fees. This not include damage fees should your pets cause any damage to the furniture or home.

Please make sure you clean up after your pets. Extra clean up fees will apply if dog feces needs to be picked up.
