Luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion are provided for guest use. Each guest is provided a large bath towel and washcloth as well as dark microfiber make-up towels for convenience.

Uber, Lyft or car ride just minutes from many famous sites of Kansas City! If you decide to check out downtown Kansas City you can park and hop on the free StreetCar or rent scooters!

*IDENTITY VERIFICATION and PROPERTY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT: To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with SafelyStay, Inc. to provide all reservations with damage protection of up to $1,500. This protection plan is $45 for all stays under 29 nights, and is included in the cost of your booking. Stays 30-59 nights will be required to pay an additional insurance premium of $305 directly on our website. Stays longer than 59 nights will be separately charged for damage protection extension at the rate of $130/30 days. Please note, guest screening is also required for any bookings made through VRBO or direct. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by Safely to complete an identity verification before your reservation date for any direct or VRBO bookings.

*PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 8, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.

*PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet and $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) The back yard is fenced and neighborhood is perfect for walking! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

*Cancellation Policy*

Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund.
50% Refund: Cancel 7 to 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
No Refund: Cancel less than 7 days before check-in and the full amount will be charged. Cleaning fee will be refunded.
Special Exception: If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund.
**All cancellations will not receive processing fees back (approximately 4%)**
