„Very unfortunate experience with our first VRBO booking. After driving for 9 hrs we arrived at the property only to find another party already there. Apparantly the property had been double booked. I understand mistakes and oversights happen but after a long day of travelling this is not what .you want to run into. The owner did not answer the phone we we called to resolve the issue and I had to spend over an hour on the phone with VRBO to get a refund and then our party of 4 had to crowd into a ...
