„The condo was very nice and clean. It was perfect for our stay. The check in process wasn’t the easiest. The front desk staff was friendly but seemed to be overwhelmed. The individual for the parking pass was not friendly. Felt like I interrupted his snack. When I asked why he needed my phone number again, he was rude.“

„Second time we’ve stayed at this property, two different units. We found the units to be exceptionally clean. Building and amenities (pool and gym) are very nice. There are good spots to use for work with enough privacy for video calls. Secure parking, nice neighborhood. Host (Jordan) is very responsive. „We loved the home! Very clean, pictures and description is accurate with listing. Plenty of room for us and a great location in downtown St Charles! The only down side was, we are right above a coffee shop/restaurant and you could hear them in the evening talking as we were trying to go to sleep. Other than that, all was great!“

„Came on a 1-day trip w family of 5 (3 teens) bf a wknd bball tourney. Wanted more space than a traditional hotel (3+ beds, 2 bathrooms) without breaking the bank and this fit the bill. Check-in was easy (altho u do have to complete a pre-check w ID and some signatures online several hrs prior), and host communication was great. The space is GREAT: there’s a king suite (walk-in shower) and 2 semi-private ‘lofts’ w queen beds. I took off a star bc the walls r VERY thin, and if the tenants above ...

"The hotel and it‘s employees were great and the location was fantastic. The only thing that was disturbing was that you could hear everything outside. The view of the Arch from the room was unbeatable, but there is a highway running between the hotel and the Arch. You can hear the vehicles driving by and some were extremely loud over others, especially the muscle cars."

"Schön gemachtes Hotel mit witziger Einrichtung zum Thema Mond und Planeten. Unser Zimmer war groß, das Bett bequem und alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Rooftop Bar ist sehr schön und war gut besucht. Die Mitarbeiter/innen im Hotel wirkten etwas schläfrig und unmotiviert. Der Delmar Boulevard wirkt leider etwas heruntergekommen; es gibt viel Leerstand. Da hatten wir uns mehr erwartet."
