„The views are stunning! Love the idea of a converted container. Great space! It rained for a majority of our trip so the no-wifi was rough. We had a hot spot with us but connection was spotty. The rain generated A LOT of mud which made things a little messy since we had to go out a lot to walk our pup but host was responsive with ways we could try to manage the mess. Would love to visit again in the summer as having the river right there was really cool!“

„The house was nicely decorated for Christmas including a Christmas tree. I had a large family arriving at different days during the week. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a bathroom in the downstairs area. I would definitely stay there again!“

„Our family consisted of eight adults arriving from SC, GA, and AL. We all were mesmerized by the Manor located on a quaint farm with retired horses and rolling hills. The home is quite spacious with stunningly decorated rooms. We utilized every room playing games in the front parlor and upstairs sitting room, the men played pool and watched football in the carriage house, and we all strolled outside and sat around the fire pit. „Had a great time at the house! We were in town for the Bourbon trail and Keeneland. The house was perfect for our group of 8 and remote enough that we got a great bang for our buck while still being able to get a bus for the bourbon trail. Plenty of room for people to sleep and the game room was really cool. The Captain’s quarters (master bedroom) was amazing! I’d definitely stay again. “

„Overall a wonderful place to stay! The hosts went above and beyond with little touches that made all the difference- extra towels, blankets and throws available, everything to make coffee, a lot of kitchen necessities, etc. The place was very clean especially for being pet friendly. „This was the most disgusting place I have seen. I cannot believe that this place is for rent,let alone on the VRBO site. This place is a disgrace to any rental,and if VRBO cares about a good reputation they will remove this place immediately !!!!!!! W e walked in turned around and left immediately, we couldn't stand the smell it smelled of mold and mildew horribly. DON'T RENT THIS PLACE.“

The skeleton key door knobs on some of the doors reminded me of a time since past as well as the ornate designs of the woodworking when things were done by hand rather now by silly machines with no character (or sense of one).It is easy to see and feel the property has been cared for with love...it is felt within the home.I saw the Daffodils starting to emerge for the Spring.“
