„Loved our stay here. We brought our little dog along and she had the best time in the beautiful garden. They have 2 little doggies which are extremely well trained and very friendly. The house we stayed in was very comfortable and clean. They provided all the basic amenities required. Only thing is the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable. „Staff on arrival seemed to be in a hurry, no welcoming words and payment was most important. However, the renovated room was quite welcoming, comfy bed and equipped with the most important things, but was very cold. Needed to turn on heating at first. Noise from Old Hume Highway was okay. No personal check out, keys were just collected in a bin and could be taken by anyone.“

„We were quite disappointed with the Eco Lodge, firstly we were not aware that you need to drive a car that has high clearance (we drive a sedan), the slope to go down was easily missed, and not marked out properly. There was minimal signage other than the map and names outside the other accomodation. We noticed stains on the couch, and there was someone else's rubbish in the bins in the bathroom.
