„Very clean and well organized. Comfortable beds. Kids loved all the board games.Only complaint is that the heating system is very close to two of the bedrooms so was loud and inconsistent at night. This is definitely priced into the rent because the place was very reasonably priced.“

„Mary Lou was GREAT to work with. She was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to my questions. Unfortunately, we did not get to stay at her beautiful property due to the airlines internet problems in July. Our flight was canceled and we couldn’t reschedule for the weekend. Mary Lou was very sympathetic and tried to help with VRBO but was unable to. We will reserve her house when we travel to New Hampshire in the future. “

„Where to begin... The property is as far north in Moultonborough as you can get. It's approximately 12 minutes north of the center of town. The property was not clean, may not have been even broom swept! There was toothpaste on the backsplash of the downstairs sink, the stove had never been cleaned, cobwebs and spiders in various places, stained pillowcases, dishes were left in the dishwasher, the toilet bowls did not appear cleaned either. The A/C was terrible. Loud noisy floor units that could ...

„This is our second year in a row - and our third time overall - staying at this home for our annual family ski trip to King Pine. We love the open floor plan of the main floor that allows us to be in the kitchen but still able to be with everyone else. Bring toilet paper and paper towels if you’ll be staying more than a night or two. The hosts are wonderful and communication was excellent. We’re looking forward to staying again!“

„This is such a great home and it has the most spectacular views you can imagine! A massive stone fireplace is the main attraction of the family room, floor to ceiling windows looking out over the mountains are the star though. The 3 en-suite bedrooms were a big hit, plus an addition double bunk room. Plenty of space for 2 families and plenty of parking. We'll be back!“

„We had a lovely time staying in this cozy home with amazing views of the surrounding forest and glimpses of the frozen lake! The main living space and bedrooms have been nicely renovated and furnished and there were ample supplies in the kitchen. It would have been nice to have bathroom toiletries and hairdryers in every bathroom, however we were able to make do. The location was very convenient to Mount Sunapee, where my daughter was participating in an alpine ski race. “
