„This is a wonderful, secure private apartment in a building right on the beach. It's perfect for two people but could sleep more on a sofa bed. It's well appointed and the manager, Christel, was absolutely awesome and prompt with responses and so helpful with her suggestions on restaurants. The beach is beautiful and clean and unspoiled and the apartment itself has a balcony perfect to watch the sunsets from. „Property was as advertised. Newly renovated and looks fine. View of sea and harbor good. The apartment was well-stocked with kitchen wares and linen. Beds were comfortable for sleeping. Would stay here again.“

„Very nice home in the Caracol with excellent views. The propane tanks for the fire pit and BBQ grille were empty. We were expecting bath/shower soap/shampoo, but none were provided. I guess you have to bring your own? I would recommend that a night shade be provided for the large window in the master bedroom sitting area. Otherwise, a very enjoyable stay! “

The manager was also very responsive when I let her know that the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and not working, and neither was the disposal. She sent a person to fix those things and then demanded that our animals were no longer ...

„bueno en general, solo a mejorar detalles, la habitacion no estuvo a tiempo, hasta las 3:30 , deben cuidar mas esos detalles ya que desde la mañana se llego a recepcio y no hubo esta atencion, tambien el desayuno tiene horario de 6:30 am y funciona adecuadamente hasta las 7 lo cual no permite realizar las actividades “

"Das Personal war wirklich nett und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist schön, in Hermosillo geht man nicht viel zu Fuß, aber ein paar Restaurants sind innerhalb 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel ist sauber, die Betten himmlisch. Wir mussten einmal waschen und der Trockner im Gäste-Waschraum war defekt, deshalb wurde die Wäsche in der Hotel Wäscherei für uns gemacht, kostenlos. Sooo nett. Für Einheimische ist das Hotel eher teuer, aber für mich war es jeden Cent wert und wir würden nochmal dort übernachten wollen. "
