We had an issue finding the house and I was unaware that the entrance instructions were in the VRBO app, but the manager was very responsive, even later at night so that we could find the house and get in. The manager was also very responsive when I let her know that the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and not working, and neither was the disposal. She sent a person to fix those things and then demanded that our animals were no longer ...

"Das Personal war wirklich nett und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist schön, in Hermosillo geht man nicht viel zu Fuß, aber ein paar Restaurants sind innerhalb 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel ist sauber, die Betten himmlisch. Wir mussten einmal waschen und der Trockner im Gäste-Waschraum war defekt, deshalb wurde die Wäsche in der Hotel Wäscherei für uns gemacht, kostenlos. Sooo nett. Für Einheimische ist das Hotel eher teuer, aber für mich war es jeden Cent wert und wir würden nochmal dort übernachten wollen. "
