"The Palazzo Alexander absolutely sweetened our stay in Lucca. The hotel is quite centrally located, not very big, but very cozy and royally furnished. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was also delicious and parts of it were served fresh at the table. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I had concerns about parking in Lucca and when I phoned the day before arrival they made sure that I could park my car safely and close to the hotel, which, to be fair, cost 25 euros a night, but it was worth it to have a safe and monitored parking space for my car. An extra mention goes to Roberto, who served us so incredibly kindly at the bar and at breakfast and gave us such a nice goodbye. We will gladly come back another time. "

"Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Das Hotel hat für Familien viele Mehrbett-Zimmer und einige Spielzeuge für Kinder sowie ein kinderfreundliches Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer sind im Stil des Hotels, also mit alten Möbeln und Böden. Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Im Bad sind die Amaturen zum Teil abgenutzt oder kaputt, an der Decke ein bisschen Schimmel vermutlich von der Klimaanlage. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Stadtmauer und am Bahnhof. Leider aktuell mit Baustelle, daher ist die Umgebung ein bisschen schmutzig. Parken konnten wir kostenlos direkt am Hotel, nebenan gibt es auch einen Parkplatz für 8 Eur am Tag. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zu empfehlen."
