„Our party of 8 enjoyed our stay. The house is well equipped and stocked to get you started. Conveniently located to town and the Botanical Gardens. Plenty of outside space for kids to run around and play. It has a beautiful view of the cove but is very rocky. This didn't stop us from hunting hermit crabs and catching fish. The house is old but that gives it the Maine charm. “

„My husband and I enjoyed a very relaxing stay at this charming cottage. The views of the ocean are spectacular from both inside the home and out on the deck, truly breathtaking. We were even lucky to view the Northern Lights on one evening. The home feels spacious yet cozy, and the kitchen is well equipped. „Great location, very easy to get to harbor, and a great view. Check-in was easy, not having to keep a key on you was also nice. The house was very cozy, perfect for doing puzzles or drinking coffee in the morning. Lots of appliances and home goods to make it easy to cook, iron clothes, hang stuff, etc. Overall we would definitely stay again!“

„Very dated, floors uneven, felt cramped with three people, not for the elderly, couch in living room was like sitting on a rock! Overall it was clean but won’t stay again…sorry just trying to be truthful! Master bedroom bed was very comfortable but watch out on the stairs and DUCK at bottom so you don’t bang your head?spiders in showers!“

„I had an excellent visit. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and small appliances. Everything was super clean; magazines and books were available (as well as good WiFi). I never turned the tv on as the view was spectacular. I wasn’t able to have an outdoor fire due to weather but everything was great. I hope to return. „We had fabulous 4 days in Boothbay , visiting beautiful Penaquid , Southport Island, boat cruise, morning coffee near the water, and delicious food at Waves. Fun to look in different shops too. Bed was comfortable, nice readinbathroom was clean but right in bedroom with curtain but no door. That was a negative. Driveway was very steep for climbing and awkward parking space for unloading which was a challenge for 70 yr olds. Good kitchen area and sunny living room. Rivate and semi detached. “

„It is a cute cabin but needs some serious maintenance. The entry slope would be improved by stepping stones along the very appropriate gravel path. It is a steep path and the stones can be slippery and awkward. The inside front door would benefit from a "wipe-your-feet" mat. The microwave, dishwasher and stove are nicely upgraded although we only used the microwave as we were just 2 and mostly ate out. There are 2 good heaters, one up and one down but they do not have fans so they do not heat ...

„The cottage was clean and cute. The location was convenient to town but not special. Our only misgiving was difficulty with the entry codes and lock box although the support team remained dedicated to troubleshooting and we ultimately prevailed. I would recommend the property for a short stay by a small group.“

„/ die Rezeption war um 18:30 Uhr schon nicht mehr besetzt, aber der Schlüssel befand sich in einem Briefkasten. Die Schlüsselkarten funktionierten leider nicht, aber nach einem Anruf, kam wirklich innerhalb von 3 min jmd zum Aufschliessen. Der Manager war sehr nett und hat uns dann neue Karten gebracht. Danach war alles ok. Das Frühstück, welches inklusiv war, war in Ordnung“
