„The house is adorable. Every little comfort has been thought about and provided. From the couch to the bedding, it felt like a home. The outside is fabulous. Woods and a great firepit made the nights fun and full of laughter. We spent the days hiking the AT or enjoying a good book, that we found from the ample selection, on the shelves inside. There are no complaints, just thanks for such a wonderful stay.“

„This place was clean, confortable and perfect for our group, and the owners were incredibly helpful and kind to us - they were even better than the place. Two very minor downsides - it's a bit of a drive into Lexington (about 6 miles, and a slow drive on country roads) where our activities were, and the high windows let in light earlier in the morning than we wanted to wake. But those were minor to us. We'd stay here again, without question.“

„We loved our time at the Quaker Cottage! It was everything we expected it to be an more. The hosts were very attentive and easy to contact. Check in and out was a breeze and the location is great. We enjoyed the quite and cozy atmosphere of the cottage. It was a comfortable and relaxing place to return to after a day out in town. We even got a visit from a couple of deer during our stay.“

„This was a beautiful and quiet setting perfectly located for our interests which were hiking the Appalachian Trail, exploring the Blue Ridge Parkway, and enjoying a day trip to Thomas Jefferson’s home at Monticello. The property was clean, well laid out, and functional. Communication was clear. We had a wonderful stay.“

„The cabin was very small. Lots of bugs and spiders. Ceiling plaster peeling off. No TV instructions and barely worked when we figured it out. No wifi or cell service at all. Had to drive a few miles away to pull up email with the code. Too small and just not what expected.“

„This cute and rustic cabin is close to town but feels very private and secluded. The cabin was adorably decorated and clean. Thoughtful touches were abundant throughout. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching the dragonflies. A peaceful getaway but close enough we were able to DoorDash a meal.“
