Hotels Monroe

„Solid performance overall Helpful staff Breakfast is ok, but not outstanding“

„Overall the experience was great. One minor hiccup with cold water on Saturday morning, but the situation was rectified quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast, as always, is fantastic. Thank you.“

„It was ok not horrible not amazing just ok. It was definitely understaffed. We didnt get to enjoy the breakfast due to only one person making breakfast and running the front desk. Then we had a room that had a pull out coach and when we went to ask for fextra linen we were given a blanket and told to use one of the sheets off the the king bed and then give up our pillows off the king bed. „Sauberes Zimmer und sehr nettes Personal! Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen!“

„Such a cool house. The hosts helped us bring our luggage in and were very nice. The coffee and food were very good.“

„Die Zimmer sind relativ neu und ausreichend sauber. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut und insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt.“

„needs updating“

„It was a good place to stay, the breakfast was hearty and tasty, a good choice of menu, coffee was fresh and plentiful. The building and rooms were clean and the property well kept. It was a little pricey for the weekend, but the weeknights were reasonable. Staff were all friendly and helpful.“

„The staff was extremely friendly and always eager to help us and make our 7-day-stay as enjoyable as possible. The hotel has recently been renovated . The carpets and furniture are all new and nice. The ceilings in the corridors are quite low. The doors don't seem to be replaced. So all in all here and there you can see that it is not a completely new hotel. The breakfast was ok - with fresh fruit and two juices... Not to forget to menntion the quite big swimmingpool and spa. Finally I ...

„Traveled with a coworker to a conference so we shared a room and booked two (2) beds. When we arrived at the hotel they only had a room with one (1) king bed. Just disrespectful and disappointing. How dare they give my room away! They said they over booked the rooms, NOT my problem. I did NOT receive what I reserved. Shame on a Marriott!!!!“

„sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Älteres Hotel (ehemals Delta) aber in recht gutem ErhaltungsZustand. Zimmer sehr sauber. Sehr pünklicher Shuttle-bus.“

„It was okay . “
