„The setup was great. As I’m familiar with the area, it was a good value in comparison to hotels/motels in the area. The community is quiet. The unit is to the back of the house, with cameras for security. It’s not a 5 star hotel. But, it definitely served it’s purpose. The property is approximately 4 minutes to NJ Turnpike/Goethall’s Bridge. While the owner has a sense of humor with the posting, there are no amenities. It’s not waterfront, or beach accessible. „Not going to lie we were a little nervous pulling up, we’re from the country so we’re not totally used to being in city settings but the property was so nice and clean, there were 9 of us there and we all slept comfortably, it had dedicated parking which was a huge plus, and the owner was very responsive with any questions we had. Overall a wonderful experience I would recommend to anyone and would for sure come back again.“

„This apartment has plenty of room and comes with everything to meet your basic needs. Nothing flashy but very comfortable. Loved the original architectural touches and interesting furnishings. Walls are a bit thin so if you are a light sleeper, you might want to consider some ear plugs. FYI - There was a cookie sheet and the unit has both a smoke detector and CO2 monitor.“

„Listing included 2 king beds but there was only one. The main floors of both duplex sides were comfortable and looked nice. There were 2 rooms in basement but it smelled of either pungent sewage or mold so not pleasant. The ceilings were so short that you had to bend over if tall in basement. The attic has a room but it was really hot up there without AC. It comfortably slept 8 in the descent rooms. I asked for WiFi but host did not reply and there were no instructions in the home.“

„I spoke to the property owner shortly after I booked the property and he stated the property needed maintenance and that he would give me another one and I agreed. I then realized that the one he offered to give was cheaper than I paid and had less rooms. So I reached out to him and asked him what is he going to about a price adjustment and when he finally responded he said the maintenance was finished, however the work was patched up just to get us in there. „We visited family in NJ and this was a great stay. It was in a nice location and close to everything. The house was really nice and comfortable and Barry was the best. There was an issue with one of the comforters but Barry took care of it right away and it caused us no inconvenience. He was always quick to respond and I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay near the city but not in. Would definitely stay here again!“
