Enjoy million dollar views in this 3-story resort-like Lake Michigan home. This modern and spacious 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house is the perfect setting for your family's beach getaway. Located on top of a sand dune, with 3 decks and lake views from every room, this house is perfect for soaking in lake breezes and breathtaking sunsets. A private association beach is located approximately 50 steps from the property. Meinert Park, with its spectacular dunes for climbing and public beach, is a 10 min walk at the end of the road.

Amenities include wi-fi (new hi-speed Truestream fiber internet) central air, water softener system, dishwasher, indoor gas fireplace, gas grill, outdoor firetable, outdoor shower for rinsing off sand, outdoor eating area, many books and board games, DVD player with movies for kids and adults, and washer/dryer. Ping pong table to occupy yourself in cold weather or on rainy days!

The home was very clean and looked just like the photos. The hardwood floors are beautiful. The kitchen was current and well supplied. The internet and tv worked. The beach and sand in the lake were as beautiful as any in the U.S. or the world. There was a lot to do in the area also.

Relaxing vacation away from the hustle of a city
We loved our stay, this was our first time in 5 years breaking our tradition of going to Florida for the 4th! The property is actually bigger to me than in the photos! And just as nice! We loved the house and the room it had to offer! Between 2 families (4 adults, 4 girls 2.5-14yrs) we had plenty of room to get little ones to bed before others and no one was on top of each other getting ready. We LOVED the area, the beach, the woods, and the people in the neighborhood were so nice! I will say that if you are looking for something that is close to a town with plenty of dining options this may not be for you. It’s about 15 minutes to town and not a whole lot of options. That doesn’t mean that what is there isn’t amazing, because it was. Overall I can’t say anything bad about the property or the area! We had a great time and 10/10 would recommend and definitely would love to come back again!

Fantastic property - clean, great views, plenty of space for the 6 adults and 2 kids. Enjoyed walking on the beach, the fireplace inside and on the deck, played a bunch of the board games and puzzles at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing views/private beach.
Family and I usually stay in the mountains on our 1 big vacation of the year but due to our daughters college classes we went earlier than normal so we did the lake trip for the first time. Zero regrets. First night was the clearest we have ever seen and my daughter and I watched meteor showers for hours. Beautiful weather all week led to a ton of great lake time. Close proximity to an amazing little town. Having access to two Kayaks was a welcome surprise as my older daughter taught our youngest son how to use them. He’s a natural! Anything you might need is in the house. Tons of bath and beach towels. Beach chairs. Boogie boards. Kids life jackets. Tons of books and games. Did i mentions the views? 2 out of the 3 bedrooms have amazing views and the house faces towards the sunsets. Host Kristina was very responsive and extremely helpful. I see some complaints about the driveway. It really is not bad. We had a chevy malibu get up and down no problem and being able to pull up right to the door to unpack and pack was awesome. When you see the other houses in this area with a giant stairway to heaven, you will truly appreciate the driveway. We just might need to stay here again in the future!

We couldn’t have asked for more! Beautiful house on a quiet road with incredible Lake Michigan views from three different decks - what a way to enjoy your morning coffee! Great Boys Board Game Weekend
We stayed here with my 4 sons and one of their friends to play board games for the weekends. It was an amazingly great space for us. Clean and comfortable. The driveway is a little sus, as it is super steep. But there was plenty of room for our 3 vehicles. And gorgeous views of Lake Michigan. Any thanks to our friendly hosts for making this possible!

Wonderfully comfortable cottage, fantastic lake views
This is a very nice property, high quality build finishes, beautiful wood trim throughout. The layout worked perfectly for our group, and the large dining table immediately in front of the front windows with a lake view provided for nice family meals. The driveway enabled us to drive right up to the lower level without traversing a lot of steps with luggage, unlike many other properties here. The steep gravel driveway was a bit of a challenge, but we managed nicely with our AWD SUV. Our FWD minivan could not make it, though. Upper floor bedrooms have fantastic views of the lake, as does the deck and covered front porch. The kitchen was modern and well-equipped, but the pots and pans were all missing their non-stick surfaces, and are in poor shape. We enjoyed long beach walks to the south and to the north. In fact, we enjoyed everything about this property!

Lovely Beach Vacation Spot in W Mich
We had a wonderful time with our friends while visiting this spacious home in West Michigan. The beach was a short walk down the dune, and it was a broad, white sand beach where we often had it all to ourselves. There was plenty of room for two families of four, and the teenagers enjoyed the ping pong table. The kitchen was well equipped and we picked blueberries one day and had everything we needed to make jam. We loved it. Beautiful views, great porches, and plenty of room to relax.

A great week at a great place!
We rented this lake Michigan home with family for a week in August and enjoyed everything about this place! The view from the multiple decks, the well stocked kitchen with paper products/tools/coffee in addition to the towels provided, linens, books, games and beach toys. Our kids spent hours playing ping pong too. The beach access is across the street and the views of the lake in morning and evening is breathtaking! We enjoyed sipping coffee on the deck in the morning watching fishing boats or just listening to the waves. One morning the Coast Guard helicopter flew by which was a treat! At night, after eating dinner on the deck, we would sit by the fire roasting marshmallows or just enjoying the starry night! The only thing that was a bit of a challenge was the steep driveway and steps without handrails leading to the street. For my elderly parents this was a challenge but doable with a little extra help. In addition, the owners are excellent in their communication and promptness. Definitely a 5 star rating!!
