„Extrem genervt, wir hatten für 5 Personen reserviert und es fehlte ein Doppelbett im Zimmer, was für uns übrig war, als wir ankamen. Wir hatten im Voraus bezahlt. Wir hätten die Buchung auch canceln können und unser Geld zurück bekommen, hätten uns dann am Abend auch noch etwas Neues suchen müssen. Kein Preisnachlass, die Besitzer schoben die Schuld auf Expedia, die hätten falsch gebucht. War sehr frustrierend....“

„Like: I had to call the number posted on the front door when I arrived. The call was answered quickly and the host came immediately to check me in. She also added a heater to my room to help heat it up (without me asking). She was very friendly and confirmed where I could grab some food. She came up and knocked shortly before 9pm to make sure I was warm enough and ask if I needed more blankets. I could smell the detergent on the sheets (not sure about the blankets though) Didn't like: The room ...

„Highlands Resort is lovely and warm. This was our second stay there and it's just perfect. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are warm and comfortable and the property makes you feel like you are secluded. We will definitely be back. “
