This fabulous hotel and it's staff is absolutely amazing!! We couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more. It is a perfect location to all of the Old World sites of Florence and it was nice to have a short walk back to a nap and air conditioning in the afternoon. All of the facilities were top notch. If you can negotiate a few steps to the elevator, it is mobility friendly.
Once we understood they like to communicate with Whatsap, communication was very good. There are limited power outlets, but this is expected for such an old area of town.
My daughter and I both have hotel management experience and we were both greatly impressed with our stay. The comfort of the room and care of the staff made Florence a memory we will cherish always. Stay here, you won't regret it!!
