The price does not include:
Mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals (€ 50,00 per animal per week or part of week). Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
Tourism tax (where applicable).

La Buona Maniera in Monteprandone offers the perfect balance between tradition and modernity, set among the rolling hills of Marche. The restoration, thoughtfully executed, has brought out the beauty of original materials through features like porcelain stoneware and traditional wooden beams, creating an authentic and elegant atmosphere. Interior:
The farmhouse is set on two levels connected only by an external staircase. GROUND FLOOR – An open space with a living area and dining area connected to the kitchen by a glass door; a twin bedroom with joinable beds; a small lounge with a fireplace; a wellness area with an emotional shower; a bathroom with a shower, a service bathroom, and a laundry room. FIRST FLOOR – A small lounge with a fireplace; a small breakfast kitchen; four double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with showers (two of the bedrooms feature a private terrace, one of which includes two Victorian-style bathtubs). Underfloor cooling system.
Park:
The house is located within 10 hectares of partially flat land, enclosed by an automatic gate and private parking. The spacious garden is adorned with trees and sunflower fields. A paved and shaded area in front of the house has been set up as a relaxation space, while the dining area is located just outside the kitchen. On the side facing the pool, there is a wood-burning oven.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is located in the center of the garden, about 20 meters from the farmhouse. It is rectangular in shape, measuring 15 x 5 meters with a constant depth of 1.23 meters. The pool is lined with PVC, features a travertine edge, and includes a Roman-style staircase. The surrounding sunbathing area consists of a grassy lawn with loungers and deck chairs, a cold-water shower, and a chlorine-based filtration system. The pool is open from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October.
