„Loved this property. The view was insane. We enjoyed watching whales from the back patio. Horse was clean, enough sleeping spaces and blankets for everyone. Plenty of towels. Anything not provided is accurately listed so you can be fully prepared. Location is perfect. Close enough to a store to pick up anything you need and far enough away to feel like you’re on an island. 10/10 recommend and hope to visit again. Property manager was fabulous and so helpful with anything needed. “

„We had a wonderful family trip to this property. We hiked at the nearby Garland Ranch Park, went to a wine tasting within walking distance of the property, BBQ'd one evening and sat around the fire pit for some dessert. There is quite a bit more to do in the area and it is within a reasonable distance from Carmel and Monterey. We had one elderly person in our group who was able to enjoy the spacious lawns with a walker. A memorable trip!“

„We have stayed in many units and booked through VRBO, Seascape Hotel, and private owners. This was our best experience so far. The property manager was helpful and quick to respond to any requests or questions. The unit itself was perfect. Great location, clean and updated, plenty of supplies for a family that enjoys cooking a traditional family dinner. We will be back!!!“

„Beautiful place with a great view, many things to do in and around the area. We had a great time and will definitely stay again. Couple of things, we noticed that the unit smelled of marijuana when we first stepped into the unit. We noticed someone next door smoking it and with the doors open the smell really came into our unit. Also, the smoke detector in one of the bedrooms kept beeping so we had to take the battery out so we could sleep. But, all in all we had a great stay and will be ...

„The condo is just as pictured, a perfect ground floor unit with direct access to grass and a path to the beach. I received all the information from Jane prior to the visit and everything was very easy. The beds are quite comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen are modern. Only note is the HOA approved electric BBQ did not create enough heat, and should be cleaned between guests.“
