„The apartment is in a block of other apartments for short time stay, it has got avery nice terrace on the roof with a wonderful view over the MontRoyal and even the St.Lorenz river. Inside the apartment everything was perfect for a short stay: good beds, very quiet in the night, everything for cooking. The communication with the owner was very good, quick and helpful. „The place was super clean and well laid out with the everything you could possibly need provided to you! including glasses, coffee and shower supplies. Just a two minute walk to the metro, 20 minute walk from old montreal and a lot of great pubs, restaurants, fast food places and shopping within 10 minutes. The host was so helpful, especially figuring out parking and check in/check out details - responded quickly and clearly! overall, a 10/10 stay :) “

„There were so many issues with this stay. First, I messaged the owner a week prior to my stay AFTER I got SMS messages asking me to authorize for charges, but also options to opt-out? I wanted to confirm the messages were legitimate and that I might not feel too comfortable going through their system when they listed on VRBO. I got no replies at all which made me nervous. „Our host was so wonderfully accommodating in being responsive to our needs. The apartment is located over a small bar. Nothing got rowdy but a little white noise was helpful during the night. The beds were super firm. The heating system worked well which was helpful since the single pane windows didn’t provide much insulation especially the one that was partially sealed with paper towels. We were thankful for the shopping bags under one of the legs of the pool table which helped to level it ...

„I had a very good time at this apartment, location is great (you are definitely a bit away from the "busy area" but I guess that's the price to pay to have a hot tub on your terrace!) but the place itself was neat and the hot tub was great! We were a group of 6 and definitely had enough space for everyone. I would recommend it and will probably return soon!“
