Lage ist weit von Geschäften und Restaurants, Auto (Parkplatz vorhanden) oder Taxi empfehlenswert. Gutes wifi Netz. Pool schön, dessen Umfeld mit nur 2 beschädigten Plastikliegen etwas mickrig. In der Wohnung hängen zwei Steckdosen aus der Gipskartonwand, und die Marquise auf der Terrasse ist beschädigt. Kleinigkeiten die eben repariert werden sollten. “

„Die Kommunikation, der Empfang und die Begleitung von Brice waren hervorragend. Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Leider konnten wir den tollen Balkon überhaupt nicht genießen, wegen omnipräsenten Lärms der Küstenstrasse. Sie ist so stark befahren, dass sie in der Beschreibung des Objekts erwähnt werden sollte. Der Karte von Google-Maps kann man nicht entnehmen wie laut die Straße ist.“

„It was perfect for us.With no car. And exactly as described and pictured. Studio with nice view good location between Papette the airport near the Hilton and small mall with grocery. „Overall, it was an ok property. It was difficult to find even with the instructions and VERY dark apartment complex/neighborhood at night. Some of the blankets smelled off, but used to washer to refresh them. Roosters have overrun the neighborhood and crow all hours of the night. It made sleeping rough at times. It was convenient walk to Pape’ete markets though!“

„Our entire stay from beginning to end was wonderful. Sergio went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We had a late flight home and they were very accommodating as the unit was not rented the next day. The rental was easy to find and when we arrived, we were super impressed. „The studio is conveniently located near Papeete Market with 7 to 8 minutes walking distance. Tepu was very nice and offered airport pick up for 2000 XPF and drop-off at Papeete Ferry Terminal for 1000 XPF. We also rented their car for a day for 5000 XPF. Check-in was at a different location then Tepu dropped us off at the studio which was about 5 minutes drive. The studio has a kitchen and washer which are very useful. „Very thorough check in process. Wonderful full breakfast delivered to our bungalow every day. Since there’s a full kitchen plus a grocery store directly across street it is not a problem that there are no restaurants within walking distance. (There is call-in delivery available. ). „Mark was welcoming, even though we had a very short stay. He provided a lot of valuable information. He has an incredible gift of hospitality and kindness. The cottage we stayed in was . Das Bad war schon sehr runter gekommen. Die Duschbrause so defekt, dass man sich oft gekratzt hat. Es gibt nur im Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage die der hitze kaum stand hält.
