„The layout of the residence inns are awesome, plenty of space for my giant family. However, there is a crazy amount of wear and tear. The chairs were falling apart and the couches super dirty. The front desk staff was amazing- so friendly and helpful all of them. Very yummy breakfast, although the cook is constantly putting things away while you’re eating and so you feel rushed. Which isn’t very fun when you are already on a major time difference. There was one extremely rude housekeeper who ...

„The room was clean. The facility as a whole looked like a extended stay facility for homeless people. No desk service all night, the desk was locked down until 9am. Same people were standing outside the front door smoking at 9pm and at 6:30am. Multiple friends and family of the staff hanging in the lobby. The room was big, clean with kitchenette. Sink in the bathroom ran very slow. “

„The hallways and elevator were dirty, and we were unlucky because there was a lot of noise in the hallways during the night. The room was fine, except for the coffee maker—it was really dirty and honestly pretty gross to use.“
