„Property was a good size and good price. Everything was there as needed for a larger group stay ( 6 people). Decent location. Nice upstairs master space. Main floor bedroom and bed layout better for family or close friends (some bunks and 1 walk through bedroom) but in total the house has ample privacy and space for 3 couples or a family and one couple who could use the top floor master“

„The host was prompt in replying to messages. We enjoyed the large dining room table. There were 9 of us. We originally had 10 but one was unable to make it. There were no wine glasses, which would have been nice to know ahead of time. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job. There were no top sheets on the beds downstairs and the bathroom towels upstairs were all damp. There wasn’t any body wash or soap in the upstairs shower. Overall, though, we were very happy with our time spent there. “

„Alex was a great host. He was proactive when he noticed the temp dropping in the house and wanted to get it taken care of ASAP. We liked the temp at 67 so we weren’t concerned but Alex reached out to me directly to make sure we were okay. Beautiful little space. Perfect for my husband and I. It was adorable, clean, had plenty of coffee and options for coffee. The neighbor helps with the trash and was also super friendly. I would absolutely recommend this VRBO, and truly, any VRBO that Alex has. ...

„House has been maintained very well. Although it’s not a young house, the owner keeps it very cozy and welcoming. We didn’t need to cook lunch or dinner but noticed there were all sorts of supplies in the kitchen for cooking, in addition there were instant food provided. Owner has some small details which are cute in the bathroom. Overall it was a good stay. “

„This is a very nice large sunny clean house with tons of space, tons of sunlight, beautiful location and view. It had a fish pond, a chicken coop and a large redwood tree on property. Absolutely beautiful. The one challenge is a 200-300 hike uphill to the house. There is no Parking near the house and if you have anyone with difficulty walking uphill, don't stay there.“
