Wenn Sie durch die Tür gehen, werden Sie sehen, dass dies nicht nur eine Strandwohnung ist. Es ist auch das Strandhaus unserer Familie, und Sie werden es viel mehr als ein Zuhause finden, als Ihre normale Strandvermietung! Ich habe in den letzten 30 Jahren in Atlantic Beach Urlaub gemacht, also zögern Sie nicht, Fragen zu stellen, die Sie über das Gerät oder die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung haben. Vor und während Ihres Aufenthalts stehe ich Ihnen auch telefonisch, per SMS und E-Mail zur Verfügung, um Ihre Fragen zu beantworten.

Wenn Sie in der Wohnung ankommen, finden Sie Gepäckwagen und Einkaufswagen sowie einen Aufzug, um den Umzug in die Wohnung einfach und schnell zu machen. Es gibt eine abgeschirmte Sitzecke vorne und einen separaten Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner in voller Größe. Die Wohnung selbst verfügt über luxuriöse Vinyl-Dielenböden mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 1/2 Bädern, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, einer separaten Wet-Bar, einer Veranda mit Sichtschutz am Meer vom Wohnzimmer und einem separaten Balkon am Meer vom Hauptschlafzimmer. Der Meister verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit einem Queensize-Bett im 2. Schlafzimmer sowie ein eigenes Badezimmer. Das 3. Schlafzimmer hat ein Etagenbett und ein Doppelbett. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer zieht auch in ein großes Bett. Es gibt einen großen Fernseher und DVD-Player im Wohnzimmer und Fernseher in allen 3 Schlafzimmern sowie die Küchenbar. Alle Fernseher verfügen über Kabel- und Roku-Stöcke. WIFI ist inbegriffen. Im Wohnzimmer finden Sie auch Gesellschaftsspiele, Karten spielen, Rätsel, DVDs, Bücher usw.

Von unserem Haus aus sind Sie buchstäblich nur wenige Schritte vom Grill- und Picknickplatz, dem Pool und vor allem dem Strand entfernt !!

Unter der Wohnung befindet sich ein Abstellraum, zu dem Sie Zugang haben, mit zwei Fahrrädern, Liegestühlen, Sonnenschirm, Strand- und Poolspielzeug, Spielen im Freien für die Kinder (und die erwachsenen Kinder) sowie Angelruten und Angelgeräten.

Direkt über die Straße haben Sie Zugang zum Pier und den Bootsrutschen, um Ihr Boot auf dem Bogue Sound zu halten und Ihren Anhänger zu parken. Wenn Sie Ihr Boot mitbringen, ist eine Meile entfernt ein öffentlicher Bootsanleger.

Wenn Sie jemals ein größeres Grundstück mit einer schönen Uferpromenade benötigen, werfen Sie einen Blick auf unser 7-Schlafzimmer-Haus am Lake Gaston mit 4200 Quadratmetern, 180 Fuß direkt am Wasser und einem riesigen Bootshaus mit zwei Ebenen auf http: // vrbo. com / 466331

Nice place.
The property was very clean and a great location. Plenty of room. Each balcony is private. I was able to sleep in master bedroom with the outside sliding door open to hear the waves all night. Area was quiet and very little people. It was 2 weeks into the off season. TV in every room plus kitchen. Water pressure good. Cant say anything bad about it. Oh. Washer and dryer are in closet st vestibule and beach gear is in storage building under the buolding. Just a fyi. Will plan to stay again.

Clean, well maintained condo just steps from the beach. Owner was extremely helpful and responsive during our stay. Location and property are beautiful. Condo was stocked with every essential from cooking to going out on the beach. We had an absolute blast and can’t wait to come back!

Great but could be excellent
We had a great stay. Super easy beach access and plenty of restaurants and stores around. As mentioned in prior reviews, it needs a few small fixes and updates, like towel bars and a new outdoor rug. While the inside was clean, the balcony was gross, unfortunately, though per the owner it should have been cleaned. Everything was well stocked, and we appreciated the easy checkout (no requirements to wash all the towels etc like some other rentals). We would return.

AMAZING HOLIDAY
We had a spectacular Holiday at this property. Oceanfront as advertised, with two balconies, easy access to the pool and the ocean; swam in the pool twice a. day, on the beach in stages from sunup to sunset and night time strolls along the ahore. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots pans and other necessities. The property is clean, with updated features, well maintained with easy access to the owner. Check in was a breeze, with detailed instructions and directions received ahead of time. We had a party of six adults, a four year old and an infant. There was ample room with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. We moved to N.C. 15 years ago and have spent every 4th of July at the beach because the 4th is my birthday. We have finally found a VRBO that meets and exceeds our expectations. We will make this an annual holiday at this wonderful oceanfront facility. Thanks Daniel!!!!

If you want a beach vacation, this is the place! The view from the back balconies was absolute perfection. Plenty of room for all 7 of us. Communication with owner was super fast replies with helpful information.

Overall nice place.
Nice place just couple issues that need attention. The shower and bath tub were not clean but we took care of that. Also, with this unit (not sure about others there), the walls are just too thin. We could hear TVs and talking at various times from the adjoining units, really only an issue late night when you were trying to sleep. Thanks!

Ask a lot of questions up front or be disappointed
The location was beautiful with nice beach access and, first floor walk up with luggage carts. The rooms were clean and tidy. The surrounding areas are great with amazing food and lots to do. However, there were several issues. The listing showed sound, but that’s if you travel to another location if you want to fish, boat, etc. There is no wet bar as pictured, just a wine fridge with a countertop. We were sent parking passes when already traveling, told they had to be printed in color and to contact maintenance on arrival for assistance. Our check in was on a Sunday and there was no response from maintenance, I contacted the property owner and was told the maintenance people don’t work Sunday. We were then promptly confronted and belittled by the security officer who blew smoke in our faces and told me she would overlook it, but tomorrow we would be towed. The property owner claimed he would come by with passes the following day but never came around. I got passes from maintenance myself. Within the property, there are cosmetic issues expected with a rental, however the linens provided were 4 towels, 2 hand towels and 2 wash clothes and a few pieces for the kitchen for a 9 guest, 6 night stay. We were told that if we used the additional towels or bedding it wasn’t included and would need to be laundered and replaced. The pictures show a nice pool and what you might think from the aerial is a hot tub. It is not. It is a shallow kiddie pool. we were provided a code to access the pool area, but when we couldn’t get in, I spoke to maintenance and was told that the pool wasn’t open for the season. We couldn’t even sit by it let alone use it. When I contacted the PO, I was told “I wish you would have asked” and that they just aren’t open that early. With the temps of the ocean it would have been nice to have information on the lack of a pool. I had no issue with tidy and sweep on exit rules, but the cleaning fee was hefty for very limited linens, 2 1/2 small baths, and a less than spacious common area. There are a lot of TVs and rokus attached. The internet was reliable, but struggled with multiple streams. The screen porch was damaged and let bugs in and out. Finally, we had a pest control worker stop by one day, the microwave didn’t heat and emitted a melting or electric smell. We had to accommodate and electrician, luckily we were safe but there was no microwave or hood. I was asked by PO to set the unit aside. All in all, just ok.

We enjoyed our stay in this great beachfront condo. The location was perfect and the views of the ocean were nice. We had plenty of room for 2 families with small children in the condo. Walking distance (about 1 mi) to the park. Perfect for our fall beach trip.
