„We really enjoyed our stay at stable cottage. Excellent location with only a 5 minute walk into the town through the beautiful local church grounds. Cottage was very comfortable and well equipped and the hot tub was ready to use on arrival. Small outside garden area is enclosed which was perfect to let our dog out into.“

„Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Auch die Einrichtung des Zimmers ist liebevoll. Das Zimmer enthält einen Waschtisch. Leider ist das eigene Bad nicht ensuite, ließ sich nicht richtig abschließen und es war nicht allen Gästen klar, das dies das Bad für unser Zimmer und nicht der geteilte Badraum für das gesamte Hotel war. Unser Zimmer lag leider direkt an einer Terasse, so dass jeder zum Fenster hineinschauen konnte. Im darunterliegenden Pub war bis 1 Uhr nachts was ...

„Saubere große Zimmer, mit Kühlschrank Wasserkocher, Kaffee, Tee und großem Flat-TV. Schön eingerichtete Zimmer mit einem großen Bad. Die beiden Betreiber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit“

„A wonderful pub and restaurant, with very convenient accommodation attached. The staff looked after us well. There was a good selection of food for dinner, and the breakfast was outstanding. There was some noise from passing traffic, but this was not overly distracting. Would definitely stay here again.“

„When we arrived a notice said we could order logs for the hot tub but on contacting the person he was away until the following week so a bit disappointing Also it stated shampoo body wash etc would be available but we had nothing The overall experience was brilliant just a couple of little tweaks needed “

„Beautiful period pub in a very nice setting. Clean, well cared for with a lot of period/nice touches to decor. Lovely large room with a shower and a separate bath. Very good made to order breakfast. Staff - pleasant, helpful and engaged. The only negative was no food after 8pm - which is when we arrived - and no other options in the locale. So arrive early if you want to eat there.“
