„The property is like an extension of a house in a beautiful neighborhood. While it is not fancy, it was a very cozy and comfortable one bedroom with an adjoining t.v. room and a bathroom. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hosts were very informative and friendly when our passes crossed but they leave you alone and allow you the privacy that they also enjoy. There is a microwave, toaster oven and a dorm fridge but i would not plan on cooking anything unless it is toasting a ...

„I had a lengthy visit while traveling for work and found the guest house a very pleasant and peaceful place to stay. It is in a very beautiful neighborhood that is great for walking. The space is very comfortable and all of the finishes on the kitchen and bathrooms are very nice. The location is very centralized in the Raleigh area and provides easy access to the many different parts of the city. It is a great place to stay! “

„This is a little studio apartment in a ground-level basement in Chapel Hill. You have your own rear entrance, spacious parking, large outdoor seating area, and absolute peace and quiet in the forest. The house and entire neighborhood is very pretty and just a scenic, 10-minute drive from the center of Chape Hill. This rental was clean, fairly priced, and the perfect place to stay for a week-- highly recommend!“

„This tiny house is lovely and does not feel tiny. The layout is smart…feels very spacious. It has more than enough room for 2-4 people. It is decorated very tastefully and is spotlessly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bathroom is pretty large, the neighborhood is quiet other than a nearby train track. The house is well built and insulated so you really don’t hear much noise inside. I highly recommend this house and would definitely rent it again if we come back to Durham!“
